  1. I have a Competition Werkes slip-on sitting in my garage that I took off my 848 when I sold it. If you decide you want an exhaust let me know. I couldn't stand how quiet my bike was and I couldn't wait to open her up. When I did it was definitely worth it. They sound great!
  2. I'm coming from Columbus but I would be interested. I need to put some miles on a new bike so my pace won't be too quick if you can put up with it.
  3. I'm selling my 2014 Ducati Monster 1200S. It just broke 1000 miles. I have always ridden sportbikes and I just don't like it as much as riding my others. My girlfriend loves it so I may end up keeping it if I can't get the price I'd like. This will be an expensive lesson to learn. I'm asking $13.5k for it. I still have money owed on it. It has a competition werkes slip on, rizoma black drag bar and fender eliminator (i think R&G). The photo link is before the bar and fender eliminator (the plate is now under the passenger seat). https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-MEGFQD396YQ/VTENFqPjGYI/AAAAAAAAAeU/nyrM48-jXTg/w873-h709-no/15%2B-%2B1

    2011 ZX-10R

    Price dropped to $6300.
  5. I signed up for the Monday track day through Motohio in Columbus. My first track day so I'm looking forward to it. If anyone else is going that would be willing to give me some pointers that would be awesome!

    2011 ZX-10R

Well, my bike is completely rebuilt and looks great with the exception of a few scratches. I had Iron Pony give it a look over and assure that the bike is in great condition since they are now a certified kawasaki dealer. I bought another sportbike last year and now I never ride this one. There is no reason to have two so I'm selling to pay off the other one. Issues: -A few scratches on the tank -A few scratches on front wheel fender -Separate key for tail compartment Mods: -Stainless Lines -Zero Gravity Tinted Windshield -M4 Slip-on (caused it to throw code) -Hotbodies Fender Eliminator -Rebuilt Dan Kyle Steering Damper -Rear Spools The bike has about 4400 miles on it. The title is clear and in hand. I'm asking $7,000 for it. Feel free to PM or text 614-three-nine-eight-2283.
  7. I'm down if the weather is nice.
  8. So I picked up some 1-piece Dianese leathers after I went down early last summer. I really have only ridden once with them and they are relatively comfortable when I'm on the bike. However, when I stand up and walk around its horrible. On the suit the distance from my neck to my crotch is too short so when I'm in a crouch on the bike they are comfortable but when standing up the seam is right on my nuts and it F*CKING hurts! Everyone else I've ever seen with 1-piece leathers doesn't seem to have this problem, but the salesperson said that this is how they are supposed to fit. Anyone else go through this?
  9. They really weren't too bad throughout most of the north side. I think the rain last night helped too. Hopefully we are done with the snow for this season. Fingers crossed!
  10. I'm not a fan of the fact that there is a mysterious point in the rear tires life when the edges go from a soft compound to a medium compound. I wouldn't want to experience that transition while throttling out of a corner.
  11. Meeting at 2:30 across from PF Chang's at Easton for a ride today if anyone is interested. Supposed to warm up to almost 50 and the roads look decent.
  12. Sorry I couldn't make it either. I had the opportunity to get in on a CCW class and jumped on it. Are you guys planning on doing the dream ride next weekend? Pretty much starts off in the same place and assuming the weather holds out it should be a good turn out.
  13. Went to the armed2defend class on Saturday and I have no complaints. It was very well done and very informative. I would absolutely recommend them. If anyone else is interested, they handed out cards for $5 off that I would be happy to give to whoever was planning on taking the course. Thanks for the suggestion guys.
  14. This place really has me upset. I was talking with a salesman about 6 weeks ago about the pre-owned Ducati 748R they have in stock. I was really suspicious that it was a real 748R because I had done my research and noticed it was missing a few tell-tale items (wheels, plaque stating #/1000 on triple tree, it is a biposto when they only made monoposto/single seat). In spite of this I asked them for the VIN and ran the info and confirmed its a reguler 748. I told the salesman and he said they would change the ad but they still haven't. I followed up with an e-mail telling them its false advertizing and they should change it, but they still have it up! They are running this whole ad about how its got the "shower injector" system (complete lie, carburated), carbon fiber airbox (another lie), ohlins suspension (you guessed it), etc. I feel bad for the guy that sees this "rare" Duc and makes an impulse buy and ends up with a regular 748 (still a cool bike) and for the dealer to knowingly let it happen is dispicable IMO. Sorry. Rant over. Just wanted to warn any potential buyers out there.
  15. I just checked out the armed2defend site and it turns out they have a class for tomorrow so I just signed up! Good timing and for $80 it sounds like a great deal considering he gets good reviews from you guys. Thanks!
  16. Does anyone have any recommendations for where to get a CCW permit around Columbus? My immediate thought is Aim-Hi in New Albany just because I'm a member there but I have heard mixed reviews about the class and it's on the expensive side. What do you guys think?
  17. Actually just realized I have a soccer game on Sunday, so saturday would be better if we can get it organized.
  18. Looks like this will work for me. I'm in.
  19. I don't still have the interior. I might be able to find the door panels though. Bump!
  20. So who's in for tomorrow? I have to be somewhere at noon so I'll have to leave early. Meet at 9?
  21. Let's try for Sunday. That storm just rolled through this morning and the roads are all wet.
