another question: can you get a rewards card, pay your bills with it and get all the rewards cash? I.e I pay my student loans, car payment, etc with it, then pay it off, does that count?

what kinda credit/income do you need for an Amex Black Card? I worked at Trek Store of Cols a few yrs ago and ran one through the machine for a bike some guy was purchasing. I think the card is titanium coated in black coating. Shit barely fit through the swiper.

cars are worth what you are willing to spend on them. i view it strictly as hobby, and a money drain at that. if you are willing to accept that you will probably lose everthing you put into it, then go for it. no matter how much you spend, there is always someone out there faster, better, and will have a more desireable toy than yours. in that scope, its a never ending battle.
