Article is confusing. Total cost is $35M. They boast about one corp donating $2M, and few other half million donor stragglers, yet says they have $21M pledged? That makes no sense. And federal "grants" aren't monies that just fall out of the sky.... ill give you one guess where it comes from.

It smelled just weird for about a minute, then it was ok. But I was standing like a foot from the root ball and it just smelled really odd. It wouldn't surprise me though, because that's the area where the concrete is all jacked up, cracked, sunken, buckled, etc.

Yeah, got an escalade to do the dirty work. Was pretty funny actually. The smell that came up out of the hole in the ground when the bush was pulled out was terrrrribleeee. No idea why. Yeah its ceramic. There are a few areas that need taken up.
