  1. I'm thinking they were picking up the kid from the way they cut in toward the bus....then when he started walking out they just stopped.  I'd bet they had no idea the bike was even there.

You're right, I watched it again. They must have been in a hurry, stupid lazy ass people!

  2. Sorry about your fall. My husband did the same thing on some silt after a rain.  Taking it easy and then bam. Not fun.

I've actually ridden most of those roads but it's been a couple of years. We kind of quit going that way because of the poor road conditions and construction.  I loved 255.  Have some of those roads been repaved? I know they were doing some work to 255 but I don't know what they did.

I agree with tpoppa. 536 was the worst that I listed other than that they're in pretty good shape.

  3. I enjoyed riding there, other than the fact that it was a soggy mudpit that day.   It's a fun place to ride with the elevation changes, small bumps/jumps cut into the trails, and a good sized area to get lost in

I was only there once but I enjoyed it. I know we didn't see it all, the guy we were riding with didn't seem to know his way around.

  4. Thanks guys!  I went to the dr today.  I don't need surgery, it was a bad break but will need to heal on it's own.  As for gear, I had an Alpine Star one piece suit which held up really well, and I had my helmet, gloves and boots on.  My gloves have seen better days.  The only road rash I have is on my wrist.  The bike isn't in too bad of shape. The slides pretty much did their job.
