  1. Have have pulled them out and grounded them, kicked it, no spark, but they have sparked before the rebild. why would them not spark now? if i replace them now and they work, will they not spark next spring? it just seams weird. But then i go back to the no clicking of the starter or solenoid. Are there any moblle mechanics in the columbus are you know of?
  2. And shouldnt the kick start work even when the elec start dosent?
  3. Battery is good, all lights work, hork orks hi beam works signals. And the thing is everything worked before the rebuid, thats the worst thing!
  4. All the fuses are good too, forgot that part.
  5. Bike- 79 Suzuki GS750 The bikes elec start never worked well so I would kick start it. I rode it twice and decided to mod it to a cafe style, removed old gauges and replacing with minis were the only elec mod done. I get it all put back together, go to start it (kick) and end up flooding the plugs. I pull them out dry them clean them and put them back. My elec start would at least click when i pushed the button, now...nothing. I have traced the wires back from the kill switch and starter buttton and cleaned the leads to them. Everything is connected propperly. I have also replace the starter solenoid (brand new) and still elec start wont click. Besides that the kick will compress but no spark from the plugs. They are practicly new. But i have yet to try replacing them. I now have a sweet looking cafe racer that wont start. Help me please.
  6. I think I will have to get with Ryan! Well contact him for his services... Thanks for the responses. Ride safe this weekend!
  7. I need someone local (Columbus) to removal my tires from their wheels and put them back on and balance them without charging me an arm and a leg. Any reccamendations? Also local... A powder coater. I would prefer it to be a guy and not a shop.
  8. I would love to post pics....from my iPhone! But I can't! New topic. I love pro wrestling!
  9. Hello everyone! I'm not new to riding but obviously new to Ohio riders. I was invited here by vintage rider and bradycook. I resently bought a 1979 Suzuki gs750 from them that is a cafe mod. I love the bike and over time will make it fit me and my style more. Just started to workout some little mechanical issues that I'm slowly coming across. They are both very gracious guys and are some new friends of mine (vintage rider and bradycook). I live in Columbus have a wife and dog. So nice to meet everyone.
