No LED, American, Chinese, or otherwise has the correct resistance. It's fairly simple to add the correct resistance.

This isn't going to end well.
Why's that?

Stupid question but, does IP match prices?
Sorry for the hijack!!

I'm looking to get a set of Angel GT's, so far Revzilla seems to have really good prices. No tax and $5 shipping per tire.

Recap from Shoutbox:
Headlights,
Sylvania's are a good "same as stock" replacement. Slight blue tint and a slight difference in wattage (depending on the model).
LED's, Clean, stock drop in and nice color. Only issue I have found is the level of brightness is less than stock or Sylvania bulbs.
HID's, Very bright!!!! stock bulb replacement (in most cases). With your bike the wiring gauge is small and draws a heavy load. The fix is to install heavier gauge wire from the battery with a relay. These bulbs last a long time, not as long as LED's but still a long time.
Turn signals,
LED turn signals look awesome and last forever!!! The only downfall to this is the lack of power they draw. Since they draw so little power the relay thinks the light is blown and causes it to flash rapidly. This can be fixed by either installing resisters at each bulb (10ohm 10watt from Radioshack @ $2.49 a set), or changing the relay under the seat.
Changing the turn signal relay is fairly simple and is probably the cleanest.

I hate people.......... What a fucktard!!! (driver of the car)
Weather he was an idiot squid or not, drinking and driving is retarded.

Okay, so I'm cheap. I am also an engineer by trade so I tend to build stuff.
I know this isn't the same quality you would get from ordering it (in most cases) but It came out pretty well. I just couldn't justify spending $130 for one.
I Plasti-diped the whole thing but you cant tell. By the time I got done with that it was pretty dark.
What do you guys think?

When are you going to start wiring them??
I could possibly give you a hand. You may have to ride to Powell though.

This is why gear is always important!!!!
It may take a few seconds longer to put on, but just like insurance, its there when you need it.

I've heard really good things about them. When I change my plastics this is who I'm going with!!

That seems about right for the v-twin SV.
My 1000s got about the same and my buddy's 650 is right there as well.

I don't carry a 1911 but I love my IWB holster. Bought it from a company in Lakewood called Winthrop Holsters.

Ever since I went to the Yamaha ride at the Iron Pony and rode the R1 I have wanted one. I have recently found one locally for a decent price. It is at a stealership so I would have to trade my bike in (per the Mrs.) and take a $ hit, which I'm kinda okay with.
One of my concerns are I'm 6'2" 255 and I upgraded my current suspension in the front, not yet the rear, to accommodate my size. How is the R1 for larger riders? Any of my larger people ride one? How are the stock adjustments for my weight, could I use them or would I have to re-spring everything?
I know from an accessory standpoint, there's a ton!!! I'm worst than a girl in Claire's when it comes to accessories!!! I should be good there!!
Anything anyone (good or bad) that you can let me know I would be grateful!!
P.S. I may pick it up tomorrow if I can make up my mind

Didn't look at the date, just shocked by the riding. I guess in Russia this is acceptable.

That's the plan. I set him up with all this stuff, and since not all of it is straight forward to hook up I'm gonna install it for him (he's helping).
I would be a serious dick to tell him to buy all that with no further direction....... I'd might even feel bad....... Kinda......
