And here I thought it was your poor hygiene.
Learn something new every day.

Welcome to CR! Post pics of the bike too.

Cordell, thank you. Shit comments like that remind me why I don't hang out on here much anymore. BTW, I still owe you a folding seat (which I now have).
Paul was a car guy--period. I hate to see any of us pass. However, I can't help but almost be happy for him as he died doing what he loved. Jones and I had this discussion a while back that we would both rather die doing something we loved rather than lying in a hospital bed waiting to take our last breath from cancer or something.
Like said previously, some of us were around when the first movie came out. While they did bastardize our existing lifestyle in some respect, they also brought some of us into the hobby. I can name a few of us on here who ran around back in the day with 15+ second cars, and we have now all moved onto something respectable.

So sad Dan was great guy. If you're are/were an Ohio DSM guy, he likely had some impact on your build at some point.
-
Well hot damn. That went well.
Hopefully he gets shiv'd in prison.

Hey now! They exist...somewhere. I know of 3 aaaannnnddd thats about all in my 10yrs in DSM's
Oh I know they're out there. I had a DAMN good one for about ten years myself. You can't deny that it's rare though.

anything is better with an lsx
I wish I agreed with you. It seems to be the ongoing thought here
Though, I am still waiting for my future LS Nova build to start. Someday.

I gotta admit, my Civic Si has been my favorite car I have ever owned out of the 30+ I have had over the years. They can be had for that price range too.
Other considerations:
- The 3 series recommendation is dead on
- A clean fox body
- Miata
- A well-maintained DSM (LOL...good luck)

Yeah, not a fan of either Jeep in this thread. I like old, slow, unreliable Jeeps.

I don't know about up here, but the church in the po-dunk ass town where I am from has let us use chairs several times for free. If you have a family member at a church, then you can try that route.

JP, if the 7 still has the rotary in it, what do you want for it?
-
Did he keep it off the wall? It looks like there was a brief light tap there at the end.
Either way, could have been MUCH worse.
-
JB Weld should fix it.
-
Ah, thanks Brian.

I can't get the embedding to work properly.
Fixed it for you-Cordell

Thanks!

...but I did figure out how to delete "abs" and other bullshit words from the dictionary
¿HOW?
It's not like it was on my EVO where you highlight the word, hold the "squiggle", and then delete it. Now, it appears that there is a list of words that you can edit or delete from. Not all of the words are in there though

Volvo is a great company. Good stuff here.

Cool video, and props to the drivers for keeping it on the lines. I am definitely interested in monitoring the strength and longevity of this front suspension. This is a technology which is LONG overdue for this application.

Go figure. I would bring out both of my Mazdas if I had better notice, but I am already scheduled to travel this weekend.
Any idea if something like this is going to happen in the spring?

I collect old chainsaws. I can guarantee that you can find a good used chainsaw for between $20-40 which you can use for many years to come. If you find one that doesn't run, it's usually a good carb cleaning away from being a great saw.

wonder if rocky would fit comfortably in this thing....
Bump for a badass car!
Rocky is smaller than I am. I fit.
Kinda.
