  1. Thanks fellas, I don't mind wires showing for this ride.. I'll do it up right when I get home. But I'm heading down to IP immediately after work, so I won't have time to do it until I get there before the ride. haha.. Thanks for the advice, I looked it up & it doesn't look too bad to do.

^when i put mine on it took 15 min, but then again im on a cruiser, its pretty straight forward if you dont mind wires showing for a ride.

at this point its a 50/50 if i can go, are there any scheduled stops on the way?

Its easy as hell I got one on mine, some one should easily be able to help ya.
  2. Need to be able to get to battery and have right tools and be early enough so everyone leaves on time.

Battery won't last half a day if it's fully charged?

Well, if I used navigation it won't. haha. It's a 4 hour round trip for me. It wouldn't be too hard to pop my seat off & hook up the wires. I'll see what I need to pop it on real quick at the pony. I won't keep the group waiting for sure, I'm not going to be "that" guy. haha.

  3. I absolutely love it, I'm kind of addicted... haha. I've only met Chris so far (chier2), but that's going to change tomorrow! I appreciate the knowledge & help everyone happily gives out, along with the comedy! Thanks for making this site, and I am very glad that I have gotten involved in it. Even as a "newb" I appreciate all that everyone offers & I look forward to becoming a 10k one day!

  4. So, I have a dumb question.... If I buy a 12v charger thing at IP, will someone help me install it at the meet up? I don't want my phone dying on the 2 hour ride home just in case anything happens. & navigation will help. haha. It doesn't have to be a legit install, just enough for it to work until I get home, then I can install it how it's supposed to be.

  5. Nicely said, Blitz.. I know myself personally appreciate that I will not get stranded if I don't feel comfortable going fast down a certain road & I'm sure many others appreciate that everyone will wait without getting all mad & upset. So thanks a lot fellas. I look forward to the ride!

I see a lot of new faces....which is great. I'm excited to ride with you guys. But just a word of advice before we ride.

1st and foremost, it's not a race. Know your skill level and don't ride above it. Do not try to keep up with the person in front of you. Ride your own ride. We will, without fail, wait for everyone at the next intersection in a visible place. If you don't see the group and we get split up, keep going till you see the group. We will be there happily waiting for you. It's never an inconvenience to wait on someone. It's an inconvenience to call life flight. I say this because a few of us tend to ride faster than others. No need to keep up.

2nd goes with the first. If you decide to split off or head home....make CERTAIN somebody knows. Because we WILL be waiting for you at the next intersection and you'll be wandering off home to your girlfriend to get some stinky finger.

That's all I got. Just know your skill level and don't push it. It's too early in the season and I know some of you guys don't know the roads.

Looking forward to it fellas. Weather looks perfect. See ya Saturday!

  6. I'll get a better video this weekend for you of it at idle & all if you want. & it's really an easy process.. all you need is a saw, rivets & a rivet gun! My bracket is not a stock hanger though, I cut & formed a piece from the excess (cut out dent part) and riveted it to the pipe & cut a hole in the top to bolt on. Worked out excellent so far. I'll get a picture for you tomorrow.

Sound nice and a deeper pitch to me..am gonna try this this weekend..thanks bro
  7. hahahaha.

I'll try not to point out that while you whiny bitches are trailering your sport touring bikes my lanky ass will be be riding the R1 down and back in the same day.

    :D

I might be up for leading the medium group, Nivin, I just wanted to make sure I could 100% make it before committing to that.

  8. It doesn't affect it at all really, my buddy has a stock RS3 on his (he's the one that helped me cut it) and when we rode side by side you really can't tell a difference. Just make sure you put as much baffle as you can back into the pipe.

Looks nice, I plan on shortening my yosh tri oval pipe...looks just like yours. Do you think after shortening the pipe it effects loudness or performance anyway? I hope not, I want it to sound the same, but like the short look to it..
