  1. I like to hear about people who care about their bike and its next rider. The guy who sold me my bike gave me a few hours of free riding lessons. That was very cool, and I have kept him updated on how the bike is doing.
  2. Honda Suzuki Kawasaki of Florence KY. Brought in my 2003 Ninja 250. I had just cleaned the carbs myself and it was running well except the idle was a little "wonky." I was also due for a valve adjustment so I figured Id bring it to a shop and have them check my work on the carb (i am a novice). They estimated a week, it took about a week and a half. I asked them to call before they did any work to give me an estimate. They of course forgot to do that. The price for the service was fine, however the bike wasn't running as well as I would have wanted. The valve adjustment went fine Im sure, but it didnt seem that they really did much to the carbs. They also just gave me the bike back as completed without advising what could be done to make it run "top-notch" again. All in all: eh... I wouldnt go back..... http://www.hondaofflorence.com/ I just joined this forum, wish I would have looked up some reviews first.
  3. good answers guys! ride on.
  4. i look forward to seeing how it goes. Ive read alot of what other people are saying, "dont mod it." but it seems from your posts you know what youre doing. Prove us wrong!
  5. Howdy everyone. I have been riding my 250 for about 3 years now. I moved to cincinnati 2 years ago for work. This winter I cleaned and synced the carbs myself and had a valve adjustment done among other maintenance She went from this to that and now Im ready for summer. Now in my experience with forums theres always 2 for any vehicle and one is superior to the other. So tell me guys, is your forum better than the rideohio.org?
