  1. Without a doubt funniest guy out there right now....his Mash Ups are absolutely hilarious.
  2. This looks very interesting...how's the area down by the river (260/800)? That would prob be a stopping and return back point for me, curious how close nearest gas station/food is around that area?
  3. Weird--- I just recognized I don't have any pics uploaded of it's left side. I do have one but it's dark...in my garage. I'm not a fan of airshifters, feel that it takes away from too much of the fun. Although I was a little worried about shifting and grabbing multiple things with the clutch hand while spraying so I opted for the QS instead. They aren't BST wheels either-- they're stock but I took them off and had them sandblasted and re-coated and painted a wet gloss black which turned out pretty nice. Here's a little taste for the ticking time bomb I have under my seat lol...many many wires.
  4. Both--- friend of mine had pistons put in and the crank shaved, head ported and new swingarm added plus a few other odds & ends. I've re-wired the nitrous system and had the rest of it built (Velocity stacks, WOT activation switch for the nitrous, QS etc and anything else you can see on it). I've been working an odd schedule since the beginning of this year, (Fri-Mon) so I haven't had time to take it to the strip, but just got a new job offer and go back to Mon-Fri next week. So needless to say I'm pumped to get it out and drag it finally
  5. This is one of my best friends buddy's....its been rough for him since the original incident but he's got one hell of a good attitude about it. Glad to see something as good as this finally pull through for him.
  6. Awesome-- thanks, looking forward to venturing out that way.
  7. How often do you guys meet in N.C...? Or is there a similar version of 'Deals Gap' here in Ohio that you guys are talking about? I I've been down to Hocking Hills quite a bit, just not recently with the work schedule I've had the last couple of months. I do need to head down soon though. Has anyone been east of Columbus at all-- a few riders I know said they have been to either I believe Cambridge/Coshocton area, and said there are some great country back roads to cruise on around there?
  8. Hello all--- another forum member from zx6r.com referred me here a couple days ago and I'm glad to see such a group for Columbus riders. The forum looks great! I reside in Hilliard, so very close it seems to many of you. I've mostly been into sport bikes my whole life (have ridden a few sport-tourers/cruisers, just never owned one), and that's what I currently own. I have a 2004 Yamaha R1 and a 2004 Kawasaki ZX6r. I just bought the Kawi, and am looking to turn into a little bit of a project these next couple weeks/month. I've been so busy lately with work that I really haven't had much of a chance to go anywhere but a few bike nights at QS&L on Wednesday nights and a few other smaller ones around town lately--but no weekend rides for the longest time and I miss them. If any of you are around town or have places to meet up regularly, let me know! I'll post a few pictures of the two I ride below here--- keep in mind, I may own two sport bikes but I still love any bike for that matter and don't hate on anyone regarding the type of bike they ride. Looking forward to meeting some of you-- TheSloMoShow
  9. Ha! Lamborghini builds their Sesto Elemento in efforts of providing a more powerful car by extreme weight reduction and still gets ousted by the power to weight ratio of the P1 lol.
  10. It was inevitable---I typically follow suite with Turb, just several years behind. lol First free weekend I have that's going to happen. Now to work on getting a shift change....
  11. Hey CR members--- I've found CR through a friend of mine Versluis who has had nothing but good things to say about the quality of members/info you can find here within the forums. I'm born and raised here in Columbus and originally, I have been intrigued by motorcycles and the need for speed from such, but have been looking into selling my '03 Trailblazer here this spring to go back to a car I can put some work into. I own a 2004 Yamaha R1 that I have been waiting to take to the track this spring (still waiting on a few minor things before she's track ready)--- off the top of my head a few things I have done to it include JE high compression pistons, RC Injectors, Graves velocity stacks, modded butterfly's, PCIII, 6" stretch, full Brocks exhaust and cams, Annitori quickshifter, Niagara ported head, and a 30-shot dry-shot Nitrous Express setup plus some aesthetic appeal (carbon fiber bits and such) to name a few. I have had a Pontiac Firebird in the past which I was able to add some typical bolt-on's too to increase performance a little (or to the extent that you can change up the performance on a Firebird lol) before I sold it a few years back after totaling it on the side of the highway. I have had the trailblazer since, but between missing out on that awesome feeling of having your 4-wheel baby and being teased by the thrill off just 2 wheels I do eventually want to get back into it. The switch won't be easy, so hopefully getting to meet some of you online or in person and see the day to day improvements some of you might make to your vehicles will help me dial-in on which route I want to go down. I'll include some pictures here of my R1 as well for all to see--- I've put alot of time and effort into her and it's for sure been 100% worth it. http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/640x480q90/541/80rj.jpg http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/640x480q90/21/mtve.jpg http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/640x480q90/198/7zy0.jpg http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/640x480q90/850/lnuk.jpg http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/640x480q90/5/nzzm.jpg http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/640x480q90/827/6khm.jpg
