  1. Jon, your message mailbox is full. There is no other way on this sight to contact you. If you would like to sell the gear, a way to contact you would help your cause. Zip

    Datona Bike Week

Wow. Lots of nostalgia there. Actually, if you don't want to join in all the piratey fun, there is a load of stuff going on. Every factory gives demo rides. There are a lot of races-flat track, motocross and of course, the main event. Most marques owners clubs have camp sites. It is what you make of it. Now days, Barber is open and it's not to far off course to see the museum. If you go, you should ride down and back-don't trailer. My 2¥. Zip
  3. Hey all, Just a heads up, Motorcycle Ohio is putting on a series of Advanced Rider Courses. These are one day courses, usually all day on a Saturday or Sunday. Specific information is here: http://motorcycle.ohio.gov/advanced_rider.stm. The sign up is located here: https://ext.dps.state.oh.us/MotorCycleOhio/Pages/Public/CourseSelection.aspx. There are several offered at the ODPS facility on West Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio. Washington State Community College in Marietta, Ohio is also offering three courses this Spring. I think most riders would learn something, have a great time, and develop their skill set. Hope to see some of you there, Tim
  4. So, what's going on with this? Is it on?
  5. Hi Chris. I will. The schedule for 2015 should be out in early February. The Columbus ARCs are well attended. I'm pretty sure we'll see more ARC offerings next year. Thanks for working so hard for the class. Everyone had a great time. Tim
  6. Hey all, Please remember we need to have license and vehicle registration and proof of insurance. If you are borrowing a machine from someone, please bring permission in writing to use it. And we wear DOT helmet, full finger gloves, boots (over ankle), long sleeves, eye protection.
  7. Hi all. Washington State's coordinator has decided that the ARC will be held this weekend regardless of the enrollment. Zip
  8. Where does the Epic ride go? Zip
  9. BTW, Jack, if there aren't at least 6 signed up by Thursday before the course, WSCC (the grantee) will cancel the class.
  10. Sorry all for my absence. The 'day job' seems to get in the way. Anyway, yes Gil and I are the instructors. The ARC is on your bike- none provided by the state. Hope we can get a class on too. Shoop, you da' man. Tim
  11. Tony, if you want, wait until Thursday and check back here. I will let everyone know if there are at least 5 signed up. You could be the 6th for the class and then it will be held. We need 6 signed up to hold the class. Thanks T, Zip
  12. Tony, there is also a class on 9 September also at Washington State in Marietta. If there aren't 6 people in the class, it will be canceled. I would hate to have you jump through hoops only to find the class is cancelled. Zip
  13. Tony, you might look at the M-O site. I don't see you on the roster.
  14. Josh there is a class in September too. Derek, you could still come to class. Sounds like you have a story there. Zip
