  1. Someone was online talking about EuroBike nights in Grandview. Vintage bike night in Upper Arlington & other events in Columbus. Could you repost those dates as I can't seem to find the information again. Thanks
  2. Might as well try them. I'm thinking we could meet at the Panera near Roush hardware on State St. When can you meet ? I'd have to arrange around kids & family but sometime this weekend could work.
  3. Hey Pokey, When I was looking for the model on Revzilla I read the reviews. They were fairly accurate. The boots probally fit someone with a size 10 foot. I live on the other side of Worthington and work near the Budweiser plant until about 5 M to F. Maybe we could find somewhere to meet between us.
  4. I found the model on Revzilla, http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/dainese-st-trq-tour-goretex
  5. Can't remember that bit. I'll have a look this evening. They are Gore-tex, rear zipper, hinged at the ankle.
  6. My Hi Tec boots label says 11 US, 44 EU. These boots have the same label but feel like 1/2 size too small.
  7. Selling Dainese boots size 11. $100 Bought them on E bay . Great boots, slight scuffing on the front. 1/2 size too small for me.

    Tim's Moto Guzzi

Couple of pictures of my Moto Guzzi 2004 V11
  9. Thanks Chuck, I'm hoping to get time to ride this week & probably ride the route you just posted. Here are some pictures of my bike.
  10. Thanks all. Chuck, thanks for the route suggestion. I'd ridden around some of the roads near Clear creek, but had always taken Rt 33. Which is boring and likely to get me speeding tickets. I saw there's a fall ride coming up, which I won't be able to get to as it's my son's birthday & family's in town, but I did get out to ride on 668 from I70 to Logan. That put a grin on my face! As I get time to ride I'll try some of the other legs on that loop. I'll get some pictures of the bike up soon.
  11. Hi, I joined the group a couple of weeks ago and thought it was time to come out of the shadows. I rode bikes in my 20's and have returned now as I start my 50's. And I'm so glad I did! I'd forgotten what fun it can be. Back then my dream bike was a Moto Guzzi Le Mans so following that idea I bought a 2004 Moto Guzzi V11. Which for me has become everything I wanted. One of the features that I like a lot on this site are the road reviews. When you only have so much time on the weekends to get out, the reviews help finding the good roads to enjoy the twisties. The bike I bought in winter 2012 with 6000 miles and I've only put 2500 miles on it. I'm enjoying tinkering and getting the bike tuned, lubed and finding out what all the adjustments do, as well. Looking forward to getting to know you lot better. Tim
