  1. drool.  the 2012-2015 Ninja 650's are on my shortlist of bikes I'd like to have :)

    Ninja 650 is a great bike. Had one. That's a 636

Gotta change my bike thingy. (Sorry)

Thanks for the compliments every one, love the bike!

  2. You guys like mowing your yard, or look at it like a chore?

I love mowing mine. Don't know why, one of the capillaries in my brain must be fucked up.

Riding the bike, mowing the grass, having a few beers by the grill, that's part of a great summer right there.

Anyway, I have a 10 year old Husqvarna rider from Lowes, 46" deck, do my 150 foot driveway with a 26" snowblower. 4 passes, done.

Neighbor has a ZTN, no cup holder.

  3. I watched it and was typing a comment but then I think I did something and lost the comment and then I ran out of time to go back.  So I thought the audio was good at low speeds but when you got up to speed even the slightest head movement created overwhelming wind noise.

Yeah, I need the external mic that goes inside the helmet...

    Thanks guys!

  4. Pretty sure we had kinda the same thing on the AF base I was stationed at in the early 80's...

There was like 3 or 4 bays with lifts, engine stands, tools, etc.

Staffed by an NCO to keep everything under control.

  5. I have absolutely no experience on either bike, but if I were in your position, I'd get the 899.

I guess if I were shopping for either one, and a good deal came up on the 675R, probably grab that, but that 899 is one sexy looking machine!

There's a pic of me sitting on the white one from the bike show in my gallery, I don't know how to post it though.

    Damn I wish I had an extra $15k !!!

Good luck with your decision, can't go wrong with either of your choices!

  6. In my little town its not too bad because the title department and BMV are all in the same building. Once you find the bike you want ask the seller as others have mentioned on here. Hopefully they will have some knowledge of what needs to be done and how to get it done in their town. Good luck.

Hell, I took my test for my endorsement in Jefferson too

  7. My debit card does too.

Been scammed twice now, last time was a week before Christmas for $800 by some criminal in Geneva, Illinois. Money back in my account in a couple days.

Still kind of a PIA... paperwork, calling the cops, more paperwork... I hate thieves

Hopefully you get your cash back...

  8. Yeah, you have to get there early, like when the doors first open.

We were in at 10, and when we left about 2:30, the line getting in was like a thousand deep, plus all the folks elbow to elbow inside, crazy!

Great to see all the new bikes, and I really want the 899 panigale :)
