Ordered a fancy new sprocket from Europe for the Galespeed wheel on my Bandit.  It'll take them 3 weeks to make it and shipping is estimated at 35 days so maybe I'll get it by 4th of July?

Can you just replace the standard? outer next time with it?

Well, I haven't thumbed the starter yet. It's taken some time to get reacquainted with driving the car in traffic without getting jittery.

You could have a memory implanted of the same event where there was no accident, and you were a secret agent on mars.

  3. Swapped my extra duty Shorai LIFe battery for the underspeced  WPS LiIon one. There's an inch less room. I tried reusing the terminal nuts and Again spent a while trying to get the standard 6mm bolts through the Shorai 5mm holes.I feel like i just drilled a previous battery out. Found their 5mm bolts in the box from almost a year ago

  4. People buying the new ones and low interest in the used market plus low brand recognition. The big bikes get all the attention. I've bought 2 cheap used aprilia Tuonos. The last was close to trade in value. No major issues. Depends on how much power she is used to/desires. Depending on your location may not be a dealer nearby.

Sounds like they may be discontinued with euro5 smog.

I am on 6 or 7 motorcycle forums and from hanging out too many years I have read that the windscreen hot sun magnifying glass thing seems to be a common occurrence on multiple bikes.  I have a burn mark on the dash on my VFR.... gotta remember to bring a carry cloth to throw over on ride stops....

Who even tucks under most windscreens? I plastidipped my last touring screen.

  6. Got my ohlins upgrade shoved in without removing the subframe. My dirty linkage has rubber sealed bearings the ohlins one was metal shielded. regreased both but reused the old one.

Used the new frame stand I built. 'Hightower' I get 6" of space under the rear wheel. it talks a lot of leverage to get it up I may have over done it. I did this one in an dual connected A frame since the old U based one rocked on uneven asphalt. This one is not as easy to pass under the bike. The next one might just have leveling feets.
