I had a pending move and let my OH registration lapse after winter. Went out for a short jaunt and was pulled over by a local in a car. He was a biker too and just gave me a warning. On my SV I put on a speedo healer to make the speedo dead on. Was living in a city with speed camera's then.

I think that video is CGI. I don't hear any exhausts being gunned inside the parking garage.

Apple is going to invent a clock next. They won't make money on the app when pebble sells a watch but they may make more money when someone buys an apple watch instead.

I'm near Polaris, Used to have a gen5 vfr, soldered connectors, replaced stator,R/R. Yeah, what's it doing?

Yeah when you get up to axle sized hexs the savings are even better. You can file/grind down a larger imperial bolt's head if you want to. warm the engine then ice the plug. The other option is welding the nut onto a lever.

Looks like the cops would have an easy time pulling your prints if they ever need them.

get a short 10mm hex head bolt, put on two nuts locked together use a crescent wrench

That blows. I always thought of them like the Shelby of motorcycles. Not sure how much of the business or how much of the design either Erik or Carroll did. Hope no small suppliers fall in the domino pile as big banks seem to wrangle legal preferred creditor status. It's sad how much marketing plays over product quality these days.

Noice! I had a Vtec that I did a gsxr tail swap on, which made it ... The VifferGixxer. Wouldn't mind having that around again, liked to speed though.

Shorai here too. Its subframe was rear ended and shoved into the engine block in an SV. It kept going in a VFR which had a bad stator replaced the stator and kept running. They actually crank harder and harder when it's cold as cranking warms them up. I left it for a month in the cold and was only idled the previous start, and cranked it so much I was weary of burning up the starter (so close) put it on a charger and right back tip top.

So often they do the opposite of what they promise I wonder if you shouldn't vote for the worst idea.

I've been taken out hard by car doors twice on a bicycle 1 driver door, 1 passenger door. It's a very quick stop. Once still wearing my leather moto jacket because I was cold after riding the moto home. Still got a scrape on the shoulder through the padding from the edge of the door. I'm more worried about the people not trying to hurt me, dumping out coffee, spitting. Also hit a pedestrian who jaywalked out from the front of a bus.

If it's not a .gov email address no one in government should be replying to it with anything meant for an employee. Too easy to spoof a Hilarry.S.Clinton@CIinton.com ( the lowercase l in Clinton is a Capital I)

I filtered at lights daily before I moved back. My one go here in very wide lanes had a woman in a minivan follow me for a mile so she could tell me how dangerous driving past stopped cars was.

Polyester resin eats regular foam, could use epoxy resin or vinyester. If you glass over a foam male mold you'll have to bondo the part surface to get smooth. the alternative is to build a male smooth plug , make a glass female mold and come out with an all glass smooth surface part. Look up vacuum bagging for full strenght lightest weight parts. West Marine & Soller Composites will have everything you need

nice price! A bit overkill for what i usually use for night hiking though. Did you see any good single beam ones with the battery on the front in your searches?

I think there are people who have never in their life felt like they were in someone's way. Sadly they probably are every day. Like when someone almost runs into you walking in an exit door while you're trying to leave and they laugh like "how did that happen."

It's not like the money disappears, government debt flows right back to investors in contractors and defence companies Blackwater,Halliburton probably into some banks by a prime derivative of a hedge bundle contract.

From ad "gsxr yzf zx cbr buell aprilia ducati mv gsxr1000 r1 cbr1000rr zx10r 1098 1099 1199 vrod sports bike crotch rocket project trade" Mucking up people's bike search results is not cool. Popular, but still not cool. -
I love you guys, you give me hope. Reading CL makes me think everyone is a scammer or idiot. I always put my ads with a firm price. If no one bites you can edit to OBO. And even then tell them if you don;t get any better offers in 2 days you'll take it and they don;t want to lose it they may pay your price. Remember the rule who ever names a price first loses? My Uncle pointed out they haven't even looked at it yet. The item could be a condition worth half of what they already offered. I love people who try the emails. "Would you take <50% of asking price>? Sent from my $800 Ipad " When I was moving house I had a guy email about a weed wacker ask my address. He showed up unannounced a week later and I made him buy a ladder too. The opposite side trying to buy something people will email back and forth agree to a time and force you to email back just to ask their address or let the time go by and never send it. Even write back "you never showed up want to try another time?"! An old non English speaking italian guy came with his son to buy a fridge. When I went in another room to get them change he had lit a cigarette in the house! I had a garage sale ad once and listed NO EARLY BIRDS. Then put a sign on the door [Not home from Church until 9am do not ring bell] (wasn't really at church) still had snipers ringing the bell 15 minutes early. Didn't answer the door. They know they can hit 3 sales before 9 and take any undervalued items before polite people show up. Same neighborhood a guy would come around before trash day up the driveway beside the house and dig through the recycling bin for cans. Once he was picking through non trash items under the carport for metal scrap. Caught a mature neighbor use a leaf blower to blow leaves from THEIR tree off their driveway into our yard. You don;t even know where to start reasoning with these people.

It may not have changed, and I've never owned a yamaha, but some bikes are known for poor factory/dealer prep tuning.

I propose a research study to see if Violent punishments affect future behaviors. Dog owners are the WORST. I had my bicycle helmet locked to my bike once and i noticed a puddle below it when i came back. I thought maybe some one spilled a drink or some ice was melting. Then i saw yellow drips still coming down my tire. I had just passed a guy with a dog on a leash, a kid, and flowers for his missus. Such a caring guy in a upscale beachside neighborhood feels no need to leave a note to warn someone so they don;t spill his dog;s urine on their head after already ruining their helmet. So I smashed the hell out of it in a bit of a tantrum without putting it on my head or tasting it...
