You're right there is both a WP and Non-WP version, this is the non waterproof set. The WP ones are more expensive.

Revzilla says the boots are best for those with "wider/thicker feet" and are between a D and E width.

Hey guys I'm selling a pair of TCX S-Sportour Evo boots for $150. They're a size 45 or a U.S. Men's 11. These boots were bought brand new last summer from Revzilla for $219.00 and only worn twice. They show absolutely no wear or tear, I just ended up riding with a different pair of boots so I don't need these anymore. Willing to work on the price/shipping if anyone's interested let me know. .

Hi guys! I just moved to Ohio from Connecticut and I'm currently living in Cincinnati. I just got my first bike this year and I've been riding for about 3 months now, so I was hoping to find a few people or a group to start riding with in the area. Anybody ride around Cincinnati or close by?
