What you describe is pretty much what most of us do. Watch the events folder for rides and show up. Just ride your ride, any of the crew from here won't mind if they have to wait for you at the next turn. We are a pretty varied group in ride styles and speed so that is how we roll all the time anyway.

You are not far from Massilon. You might want to stop by our annual Garage meet up and gang bang this weekend.

I'm going to try and come.  Not sure what the wife and kids plans (ball games) are, but I always try and have some me time.  Will there be significant others there or is this more of a man's type of get together?  Mine doesn't necessarily have a love of biking but she will go occasionally with me.

It’s fun and looks great. At times I think the Monster 821 would have been  a wiser choice for the same money though.

IDK....it's nice to know not everyone has what you have.  I do enjoy seeing a monster.  Was at the North East Ohio Ducati dealership for the first time last weekend.  They had a café there.  Absolutely beautiful!  It does look like a compromising position however, especially with me being 6'2".

    Welcome...

Love the Hypers.  Had an 08 myself.  I'm near St.Clairsville.  Post up if you're headed down this way...

Love that Austrian brand!  I was torn between this Duc  and a 2015 KTM Superduke.  Thought I would end up less dead with this one.....

An Arizona Highway Patrol officer stops a Harley for traveling faster than the posted speed limit, so he asks the biker his name.

    'Fred,' he replies.

    'Fred what?' the officer asks.

    'Just Fred,' the man responds.

The officer is in a good mood, thinks he might just give the biker a break, and write him out a warning instead of a ticket. The officer then presses him for the last name.

The man tells him that he used to have a last name but lost it.

The officer thinks that he has a nut case on his hands but plays along with it. 'Tell me, Fred, how did you lose your last name?'

The biker replies, 'It's a long story, so stay with me.' I was born Fred Johnson. I studied hard and got good grades. When I got older, I realized that I wanted to be a doctor. I went through college, medical school, internship, residency, so I was Fred Johnson, MD. After a while I got bored being a doctor, so I decided to go back to school. Dentistry was my dream! Got all the way through School, got my degree, so then I was Fred Johnson, MD, DDS. Got bored doing dentistry, so I started fooling around with my assistant and she gave me VD, so now I was Fred Johnson, MD, DDS, with VD.

Well, the ADA found out about the VD, so they took away my DDS. Then I was Fred Johnson, MD, with VD. Then the AMA found out about the ADA taking away my DDS because of the VD, so they took away my MD leaving me as Fred Johnson with VD. Then the VD took away my Johnson, so now I am Just Fred.'

The officer walked away in tears, laughing.

    Nice!!!

  5. Hi Brad,

Love the area down there.  I would love to meet up with you sometime to take a ride.  Maybe show me some roads that I don't know.  Let me know what works best for you.  Weekneds work the best for me.

  6. Hi.  New to this forum but not a new rider (been riding dirt and street since I was 4 years old, am now a young 48 yo.).  I am fairly new to this area and am in need of some fellow riders.  I live in the Dover area.  Weekends tend to work best for my schedule. I prefer my rides to be more spirited on twisty roads. (Love 751, 258, 83 which are close by) but really enjoy the SE Ohio area).  Hoping to find a few like minded individuals on this website.
