I have had used both of these internet services and both of them had the worst customer service. As soon as you get the internet connection from them, they won’t listen to your complaints after that. I had trouble with the speed of the internet, I complained but no one listened. So, I checked the speed of my internet using this tool ptcl speedput and I was getting the terrible speed of the internet. I don’t know from how long I was paying bills for the speed of the internet that I wasn’t even getting.
