Looks like the same manufacturer as the wheels, Racing Dynamics. They were an OEM distributor of parts to BMW, kinda like SLP was to the F-Bodies. Order the car, check some additional options, and BMW would order and install the parts from RD.

IIRC, everything worked until you had the brakes applied and the reverse lights on, then shit went weird until you let off the brakes or went into forward gears. Not enough to worry about while driving.
