Boot the console, login to Live, select USB drive as the save device.

You have to menu button and scroll to the far right tab into settings. Go to storage options, then find your profile on your HDD. Select it and move it to your USB. Also, the first time you put the USB in, you'll have to format it so the console can read it.

Grab a USB drive, transfer your gamer profile onto it, plug it into the console you want to use. The console will boot and pull your profile from the USB drive, not the HDD on the console.
