  1. You should be able to soon. Welcome to CR.
  2. I'll take it that for $200 it's the semi-auto version.
  3. CR presents the Spring '11 Drag Day at National Trail Raceway! <CENTER>http://www.nationaltrailraceway.com/images/header_001.jpg </CENTER> National Trail Raceway - Hebron, Ohio (about 25 minutes east of Columbus off of US40) Friday, May 13th, 2011 9am-5pm w/ free admission to Friday Night Street Fights at NTR, 6-11pm Gates open at 8am Max of 90 vehicles Price: $25 for CR Senior Members, $35 for CR members or the public, non-refundable unless the event is canceled. $50 day of event. Spectators are free! Gates and Entry: Gates will open at 8AM and racing is from 9AM to 5PM. We will be on the east side of the track, in the staging area/parking lot. Use the east gate and follow the road around to the left. If you are not pre-registered you may still pay at the event if there are spots left. The fee is $60 CASH and you must find a CR representative (Brian "V8 BEAST" or Anthony "DarkFormula") to take the money and tech you in. No one else will be doing day-of registrations, you must see one of them. No cash, no race. Tech: Tech is from 8-10AM in the staging lanes, and all registrants will be required to sign a waiver not holding National Trail Raceway or Columbus Racing responsible for liability. We're looking for no leaks, nothing falling off, etc. You must wear long pants and a shirt with sleeves, t-shirts are fine. A Snell/DOT approved helmet is also required if you're running 13.99 or quicker. Cars 11.99 and quicker should have a all NHRA mandated safety equipment, including a roll cage for 11.49 or quicker. All vehicles will be marked after tech for record-keeping and verification reasons. You will not be able to race if you're not teched in; if you deliberately try to race without tech you will be ejected from the track and forfeit your registration money. Trails staff will be watching. Should you arrive after 10am it's your responsibility to track down a CR representative to tech you in. Motorcycles must have a Snell/DOT helmet with full shield, full-sleeve protective jacket, long pants, and over-the-ankle-shoes. If your motorcycle is quicker than 10.00 or faster than 120mph, you WILL need full protective gear, boots and a kill switch. It's suicide not to. Do not try and get around this, if you're busted, we may eject you from the event and you will forfeit your registration money. Racing: We will be utilizing the staging lanes on the north side of the track that exit under the tower. Please be courteous and orderly to other drivers. The north side (left two lanes) of the track are for ALL VEHICLES ALL TIRES, including radials, drag radials, and slicks. The south side (right two lanes) are for SLICK TIRE/DOT SLICK/DRAG RADIAL VEHICLES ONLY, including motorcycles ON SLICKS. Bikes and cars have been asked by NTR to refrain from running heads-up for safety reasons. I.E; cars versus cars and bikes versus bikes only. At this time we're still debating on a need for water box volunteers, although NTR is covering all other staffing positions. If you break and spill fluids or damage the track, you are responsible for the clean-up fees and/or repairs. In the case this occurs, please see Brian aka V8 BEAST ASAP. End of Day: NTR has allowed us the ability to stay for their Friday Night Street Fights event after our event, which starts at 6pm and runs until 11pm. If you've registered for the CR Drag Day, admittance to the NTR event is free. INFORMATION: Email: events {at} columbusracing {dot} com

It's cool, Sam. I know your work and you've been on CR since the beginning. People fail to realize that in a line of potential contractors, you don't always know what the people after you bid and sometimes don't see what the people before you did. That being said, you throw a bid out there based on factors and experience and hope the customer will give you the chance to negotiate if you don't have the lowest bid. Then you take that and figure if it's even worth the job if you have to take it up the ass.
  6. Ignore Hal, his wife chopped his balls off when they got married.
  7. Width. The 928 has a Weissach rear end, which is a passive rear-wheel steering system. Different width front/rear tires give the car severe understeer. We need 16x7 wheels w/ 225/50/16 tires, front 50mm offset and rear 70mm offset. The 968 wheels would work, but are very difficult to find.
  8. No, you're pretty funny. Chris, move down here.
  9. Fikse FM5s, I've always had a hard-on for them, just not the $2500 price tag...
  10. You can post the other two as well. I'm not trying to be a dick, just trying to be fair to everyone involved.
  11. Fine, then list six cars for sale this year and on the 7th, become a sponsor or don't post anything else. There's no shortage of vehicles on CR for sale at any given time, just not everyone has become a used car lot like yourself.
  12. No, JP. The six-limit rule thread in question was imposed BEFORE you listed your last two vehicles for sale. You were a prime example last year on how to abuse the selling system here on CR. You're not the only one, and not the only one asked to become a sponsor.

  14. There's seems to be a lot of angst concerning this thread, no offense Trish. The issue I have is, why this? With the multitudes of hoarding and abandoned <insert living beings here>, why now? I hate situations like this that turn into a pissing match and no way is the right way. The Paypal link is being removed due to concerns of it not being an accredited charity. If people wanna donate, then PM Trish or donate hard goods to the organization handing the dogs. Take what information has been posted and do your deeds. Thread closed.
  15. And that's where we decided on the limit of six rule.
  16. If dealers have to pay fees, so do people selling numerous cars and making a profit on them, whether it happens everytime or not. It's not a "dick move", it's fair practice.
  17. I'll replace it for some mango tea.
