I always list my auctions with the ability to ship to Canada, but the buyer pays all fees. To get around this, I fill out the shipping form with the item being a gift.

It's a "safe" gain, considering Magnuson adds a 3year/36k mile warranty if installed correctly and using their stock pulley. Plus, the gains for being on a loaded dyno are impressive.
