To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Internet Options. Note Make sure that you view Control Panel by using either small icons or large icons. Click the Security tab, click Trusted sites, and then click Sites. Enter *.google.com, click Add, then click Close. Make sure that the Enable Protected Mode check box isn't selected. Close all web browsers, and then try again with a new session.
