Ceramic seals are expensive and dont hold up to stress anymore than stock seals. Go with aviation seals if you are going to run a lot of boost as they will take the stress and resist some detonation. I will send you a PM about your Power FC settings. Jason

I would do a large street port with a T04Z. That setup at 15lbs will give you 440 RWHP. The 500r is not going to give you anymore power and its $1500 more. Dont do ceramic seals. Big waste of money Jason

Thanks for the comments. We started tuning with no restrictor on the charger and the car made 547 RWHP on the first pull at around 5000 RPM. It probably would have made close to 600, but didnt want to risk it so we added a restrictor to the blower. 1st and 2nd gear are useless now. Fun daily driver.

We just finished up an ECS Paxton Supercharger on our 01 Z06. Mods are supercharger, full exhaust and 60# injectors. Numbers were 535 RWHP and 499 lbs Torque @ 9lbs of boost. Logan, I will appologize for hosting a dyno day right before yours. The intent wasent to take business from yours. RL was dynoing a car Friday night and knew a few people were coming over to watch so he just opened it up for whoever wanted to come, since he was going to be there anyway.
