If its a pinched seal then whomever built it would cover the work and fix the problem. Pinched seal is very rare but not impossible and covered under a warranty.

What was exactly wrong with these motors? There is no such thing as random coolant seal failure. Either the car overheats and frys the coolant seal or its a pinched seal which happens when the motor is built.

Jeff, Best bet is to buy or build something, especially if you are looking at a lot of space. Its cheaper and you are not stuck in a lease if you have to downsize or something else happens and you need to get out. Not saying it will, but always plan for unseen emergencies. I have seen a ton of rotary shops go out of business and they were stuck in huge buildings with long leases. Send me a PM, I have some info on a self standing building for sale that would probably work for you and its has a fenced yard in the back.

Mike, I didnt mean to sound like you wasted money. We just had more problems than good experiences with it, mainly on high HP cars.

Man I hated our Mustang Dyno, biggest pain in the ass. If you can cancel the order do it. I have a Dynojet for cheap.

As of now I will probably keep the dyno. If I sold the dyno I would still do street tuning or just rent a dyno for a couple hours.

For those that dont know me I own APTuning and RX-7 Store over in hilliard. Since one of my techs is going to be leaving in the next few weeks Im looking at moving into a smaller space. That means the building Im currently in is going to be for lease. For those that have not been here its a 5000 Sqft building with a small waiting room and office space. At least one of the lifts is for sale and I have a Dynojet that would also be for sale if the owner is interested, or they can take over the lease on the dyno. I owned a 2000 750iL for a couple of years. Best thing to do it go search the BMW forum. I know with the 740 there were some issues but I dont recall which years they were for.

I have the Novi on my 01 Z06 and love it. Made 575 RWHP at 10 lbs. Only mods were headers, Novi kit, BAP and catless. This was on the stock catback. The kit is a lot easier to install over a turbo setup.

We installed an APS kit on a GTO a few months ago and didnt really have any problems with it. As I recall it doesnt work with the stock exhaust, so we had to fabricate a new system. Overall APS makes really nice stuff, but on the expensive side. Jason

They had a great season because they didnt play anybody worth talking about. Im suprised they didnt run the table with the easiest schedule in the BCS.
