I used to be Poison_S and had a White 2003 Cobra. I met a number of you at a couple gtg's. The last one was in Powell at the Donotos Pizza about a year ago. Apparently, screen names are discarded if you don't post every ten days. So, I registered under MrClean. Anyway... I understand your hesitation with the paypal account and that is why I also put a cost for "at the door" on Saturday morning.

Anyone and everyone is invitedup to 36 people (so register soon, we now have 18-22 people). We are planning an elimination scenario with a podium finish, including trophies and champange. This is wheel to wheel racing, where some turns have three carts wide. It is awesome fun! For those that have been to Speeds, you notice that this is quite a deal. I originally organized this for the Honda S2000 Club - Ohio Community, but we still have a number of position open. Reservations for up to 36 people, right now we have 18-22. AGENDA: 11:30 am Arrive + Coffee + Racing Instructions/Briefing 12:00 - 2:00 Racing + Appetizers 2:00 - 3:00 Lunch at Speeds Mid-Ohio (18-36 people) "2 teams or individual racing" The Mid-Ohio is designed for groups of 18-36 people. If you have a group this size, or you're group naturally breaks into 2 "sides", this is a great event. The Mid-Ohio can be a race between these two groups. (sales vs. office, division vs. division, region vs. region, men vs. women, etc) How it works 1 - We'll break up into 2 even sized race groups, group A and Group B. 2 - Group A will do a Warm-Up Race, then Group B will receive a Warm-Up Race; to familiarize everyone with the track. Time sheets will be given out, but don't count for anything, just a warm up! 3 - Each group will then race two extended heats each, a Qualifying Race, then a Semi-Final Race. A break in-between each race while the other group is on the track for a chance to rest, look at your latest time sheets, and talk about the passes you made! 3 - The top half of each group will then go onto a Finale Race! No results will be shown until we make it back to the Pit Stop Pub for the Awards Ceremony! 4 - Podium champagne celebration of the top 3 racers! If it's a team event, we'll sort all the final racers times and determine which team, A or B won the entire "Mid-Ohio" event! After Speeds, we'll be close to a number of car dealers, where we can go check out rides like the Ford GT, the Carrera GT and the Saleen S7.
