Click Start, then in the search field at the bottom type in "cmd" and hit enter. Type ipconfig and hit enter. What's your default gateway? Should be 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1. Type that into your internet address bar to log into your router. Your name/password should be admin/password, or just admin and blank. Depending on the router, it'll give you all kinds of info.

In the Control Panel change your "View by" dropdown from "Category" to either large or small icons.

I'm saying to reboot the modem and router, and see if your computer connects finally. Also, have you rebooted your computer?

Keep the radiator cap off while it's warming up.. that gets some bubbles out.

Unplug your modem and router for 30-60 seconds, then plug in your router, then plug in your modem.

I'm guessing the thermostat may be stuck open.
