Ive never heard of an insurance company that will up rate for just random violations on your record. Wouldnt be too fair if you could get screwed over even more for a muffler violation, seatbelt or an improper plate/sticker display.

No. I wouldnt do it anyway. ARs are cool yes, but rather useless to be honest. The only reason I bought one was because of the great deal I got on it. Not to mention ammo prices for .223 is through the roof these days. The amount of times you shoot the handguns will by far pass the amount of times youll shoot that AR.

Ya I dont think youll have any problems getting it down to just one. Thats really some bad luck getting hit twice.

1.) Outside of Franklin County they could be a lot more harsh on you for this additional DUS. 2.) You should have payed your out of state speeding ticket 3.) You shouldnt be driving under a suspension anyway 4.) Now that youve been hit twice, you wont be able to reinstate for a MUCH longer time per BMV itself 5.) Youre fine for reinstatement is going to be INSANE now. You have 2 choices really at this point 1.) Stop driving, wait your suspension time out and save money for reinstatement 2.) Keep driving, keep getting ticketed and youll never be able to afford a license ever again. What you should have done if you "needed" to drive, was GET DRIVING PRIVELAGES from the court there.

Even pleading not guilty to this ticket.. in Franklin County.. will NEVER get that far for a simple tag violation. They would rather dismiss it for cost than utilize court and judge time for something this simple. A judge would never hear this case that far. And since this was a non moving violation it wont count on any insurance, nor will it add points to his license.

He was just. He was probably just running your tag, checking your driving history or on the radio airing his stop. Now if he rolled up on you while you were parked and tried to give you a cite that would be another story.
