Driver - Callaway Diablo Octane Hybrid 3 - Callway Razr FX Irons - Taylor Made Burner 2 Putter - Hand me down from my dad. Lol Right now I am the epitome of incosistancy. My goal is to be able to keep my 9 hole scores under 50, and to develop a consitant, reliable drive and approach game. I play wherever I can find someone to go with me. Living on the southeast side, I TRY to stay aroundabouts columbus.
  2. As of yesterday, the tomato plants had reached just under the tops of the stakes. Huge. We had to pute up some fencing around them to help support them, as we have tied them off as much as we really can. Just don't let your husband know. Lol
  3. One might say that this is the "apex" of comedy.
  4. I thought it was bad. See red for answers to your questions... In Sci-Fi, the most important aspects of a movie or book is one of two things, the "creature", or the "setting". Here, though, the planet isn't even named but in a very quick map scene, and the only bits of it we see are the valley where they are. For all intents and purposes, it is essentially a primordiol world, minus almost all of the life. He may as well have set the movie on an inactive volcano in iceland. In addition, the audience never really knows what alien thing is going to happen next, and can't relate to any of it. It's like Ridley Scott saw "Evolution" (The goofy one with David Duchovny) and said to himself, "I bet we could make that into a serious movie. Everytime we need some dramatic event, I'll just toss in whatever neat alien prototype I can think up, and we'll make it look cool post production". In this movie, Scott tried to tell this grand, sweeping story about origins, and there were several nuanced plot points that were given such short shrift that I in the audience didn't really connect with them. (Example: Humans search the cosmos for their creators, viewed partilly through the eyes of one of their creations.) This really could have been given a 2 or 3 movie treatment. Whats unfortunate is that, lost in the bad reviews are some VERY intense and excellent performances by Noomi Rapace and Michael Fassbender. Fassbender, I thought, did an AMAZING job pulling off something that was designed by humans to be as human as possible, but was just a bit...off. Rapace is believable throughout the movie, and given what she goes through, that is a high compliment. I would give it 2.5 out of 5 stars.
  5. Interesting. Good read. Just put in a message to my friend who might have some insight.

    Breads

There seem to be a few member who don;t truly understand what breads are. Hopefully this will help to enlighten them... bread(brhttp://img.tfd.com/hm/GIF/ebreve.gifd) n. 1. A staple food made from flour or meal mixed with other dry and liquid ingredients, usually combined with a leavening agent, and kneaded, shaped into loaves, and baked. 2. a. Food in general, regarded as necessary for sustaining life: "If bread is the first necessity of life, recreation is a close second" (Edward Bellamy). b. Something that nourishes; sustenance: "My bread shall be the anguish of my mind" (Edmund Spenser). 3. a. Means of support; livelihood: earn one's bread. b. Slang Money. tr.v. bread·ed, bread·ing, breads To coat with bread crumbs, as before cooking: breaded the fish fillets. So, if I tell you "I'm gonna bake your bread", even if I can't do it, I should not be infracted.

Wreaks. Edit: For some reason, I feel the need to justify my grammar nazi-ism today. Maybe it's my mood, but every fucking time I have read a post that contained a mis-conjugated word, or word misused, I have cracked the fuck up. Juiced, thank you, you litarally made me laugh out loud with that.

Hal rustles more jimmies than an alberta clipper in the early fall. Snowflake gets a Hal-boner every single time he posts.
  16. I felt the emotion in that response. @BBQDude; You cheated. Copypasta does not count. Also, you cheated poorly, as you failed to complete the task in a gramatically correct manner. When you end a sentence, there are two spaces required before the beginning of a new sentence. Besides, let Dump do his own homework. You obviously understand humor and timing, so this assignment was not required of you.
  17. *Sigh* Another fun car I can't have. Discipline fucking sucks. GLWS, homie.
  18. Ugh, best wishes on recovery. *Adds this to list of why he doesn't drink*
  19. Can't do it. Despite the amount of time I have spent on CR, I have too much faith in humanity. Man settled the west, went to the moon, broke the sound barrier, harnessed the power of the atom, created laws just to break them in new and exciting ways, have been to the bottom of the ocean and generally risked everything on several occasions just to make all of nature his botch for like seconds at a time. I have to believe that men can still talk to women and manage someone in the cubicle next to them doing something they may not like that much.
  20. Aaron, my bad, this subject gets me a bit hot, and the bees were already humming when you tripped on the hive, so to speak. Lol.
  21. Bwahaha....HD is "The Proving Ground". That's rich. Aaron, I can only go by what I see, and what I see is a lot of people who either can only offend and be offended, or do absolutely everything in their power to keep from offending or being offended. The first group is full of people who have no self confidence, and so is the second.
