It’s amazing to me how many people think that voting to have the government give poor people money is compassion. Helping poor and suffering people is compassion. Voting for our government to use guns to give money to help poor and suffering people is immoral self-righteous bullying laziness. People need to be fed, medicated, educated, clothed, and sheltered, and if we’re compassionate we’ll help them, but you get no moral credit for forcing other people to do what you think is right. There is great joy in helping people, but no joy in doing it at gunpoint.

It is not rooted, but as I understand what rooting is, I would like it to be. Just to be sure, rooting takes all of the useless bloatware shit off of the phone, right? I have Droid Razr.

Is there a way for someone to "Reformat" an android phone, in the way that you would a computer? I have stuff on here that I do not want.

I DID think better of you than that, which is why I even said something. Had Gape or Paul posted this, I would have thought "Ignorant douche" and continued along my merry way. To the point that someone made earlier about the term being "reclaimed", let me then amend my analogy to replace the word "Colored" with the word "******". That word seems to have been "reclaimed" by the black community, but how many of you would have posted a thread titled "Keep it classy, ******s..." relating to the actions of a few foolish black people at the white house. No, I am not buying it. Clay, you are my dude, but I can't give you a pass on this. I know you don't hate gay folks, that isn't even a question, I just think that your choice of words was poor and was surprised to see it. Sort of like "I love crippled folks, but..." Nothing before the "but" means anything. EDIT: So, apparently, the "N" word is so reclaimed that it won't even show. Feel free to substitute to serve your purposes.

Interesting that you would claim this in a thread referring to them as "Queers." Neither of my Homosexual uncles, nor any of their friends was very fond of that term. Perhaps it was just a poor choice of words, but I can't help but read this in the same vein as something along the lines of "I'm not racist, but the coloreds will definitely eat up all your fried chicken." On topic, yeah, I can't imagine that it's good policy to insult the institution that you are trying to garner support from, regardless of their past perceived shortcomings.

This past Saturday we spent 8 hours in the Garden, harvesting our Snow peas, a few of the cabbages, and the red potatos, and planting 6 rows in the new area. Peanuts, squash, pumpkins, melons and corn.
