d00d. that is some sick stuff. i wonder is it following a programmed path, on remote control, or does it actually "see" terrain and advance across it?

ok, hold on... i have some beef with your previous post, my friend. this statement has a couple falsehoods. cant say for sure about buckeye days, but i know for a fact that we (columbus steel) dont purchase any steel. being the type of business that we are, it would be fairly counter-productive to do so. also, if i wanted to be nit-picky, id say that your grammar is comical. while i am in no position to tell you what your stepfather does or does not know about the operation of a steel mill, i can tell you that i work in a foundry. (of course, you probably knew that already, because your stepfather told you) this is also the reason its unnecassary for us to "purchase" steel. we make it. ahhh...i see. so, really, all you know is what your stepfather has told you. i think were getting to the heart of the matter now. there it is, folks. the answer weve been looking for. i highlighted, underlined and italicized so you wouldnt miss it. merriam-webster defines an opinion as " belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge". i submit that this is, in fact, the case here. now, i would be more inclined to fogive an opinion like this had it not come from the same person who threatened to leave us after only a few days because, in someone elses opinion, one of their previous cars was rice. when pressed about why it bothered him, this was his comment... given that i have invested at least "hundreds" of hours into my chosen vocation, does it suprise you, nad, that my reaction was any less vociferous than yours? it shouldnt, especially considering that your thread was an open invitation to critique, while mine was really only relevant to anyone looking for a job. why you were even in it, i must confess, is something of a mystery to me. when did it become hilarious? was it after you threatened to "take your ball and go home" and no one begged you to stay? please, im begging, come back to us. were under new ownership and we need you to help us get this place running. columbusracing is lost without you, nad.

lol, im gonna start calling you jon arbuckle.

*chuckle* "youre a sensitive boy, arent ya, tommy?" how poetic. nad, did someone say something you didnt like and dont believe to be true about something you care about? even when you didnt ask them for their opinion? man, its a good thing youd never do something like that...

fortunately, its not as bad as you think. from the wiki that you posted for my supposed self improvement... you may want to get the sarcasm detector checked out, however, noob. just thought id point out to you that its not the same company, and hasnt been for six years. that being said, i have never been employed by buckeye steel, and as of this writing, i dont believe theyre hiring. im curious to know how many of the 900+ employees of columbus steel that you are familiar with, or what special insight you have that allows you to discern how many of said employees happen to be "clueless", as you put it. is that so? the 6 months or so of unemployment werent a motivating factor? neither was the money? out of the good of his heart, he left his family for 8 to 12 hours a day just to get our factory working again? or pehaps you have oversimplified this statement as well? what is it that you do for a living, my friend?

that right thurr is funny. i will say that its become more difficult for me to type up a report at work and use correct punctuation/spelling/grammar. i keep wanting to put "lollerskates" in my reports about our quality. i myself have gained quite a few friends here in this place. off the top of my head, eric, jesse, eli, mark m., marc s., thorne, smurf, howard, ben, tilley, tinman and others. cr has networked me into mechanics for repairs, mechanics for modification, accountants, real estate agents, and more, and who knows how much money/grief i have saved simply by coming here and asking, "i want to do (blank), what do you guys think/has anyone done this before and did it suck?" so, easy to say that cr has been a positive. on the negative side, this place has completely disproven the theory of natural selection.

ok, im sorry about this guys, but my pet peeve is making me do it. they are the "geneva conventions", not the geneva convention. convention like this... 3.an agreement, compact, or contract. 4.an international agreement, esp. one dealing with a specific matter, as postal service or copyright. 5.a rule, method, or practice established by usage; custom: the convention of showing north at the top of a map. 6.general agreement or consent; accepted usage, esp. as a standard of procedure. ...not like this... 1.a meeting or formal assembly, as of representatives or delegates, for discussion of and action on particular matters of common concern. 2.U.S. Politics. a representative party assembly to nominate candidates and adopt platforms and party rules. heres the wiki. please, read it. educate yourself. be someone who says, "what can i do to keep myself from looking a fool to educated people from now on?" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geneva_Conventions

it cracks me up how far apart these two sides are when all of the science is the same. creationists and evolutionists have the same observational science to apply to these problems, just different starting points. fwiw, i dont think the burden of proof is on one side or the other here, so that argument comes out flat.

for real. i thought long and hard about taking this job. these guys work in a very friendly environment, for a good dude, and can pretty much write their own check. great job.
