  1. What makes your car a true 11 sec street car?
  2. But it will get the 2 pages needed to complete another Sam thread.
  3. I would love to see your car be able to make a good clean straight pass just to see what time it would click off. Its still funny to see you guys go as fast as you guys have been goin using every inch of the track. I swear you guys make the track 1400' after getting her straight. LOL. You guys still are doin great with the car. Still amazes me and alot of people who dont know the car.
  4. Of course I am, I have power steering and a/c which constitutes me as a "true street" car.
  5. A "true street" car is any car that can be driven on the street. Prove me wrong. /thread.
  6. You need to toss on the slicks and skinnies, plug in the trans brake and let it eat off the brake once and see what it does. Wont hurt the motor any and it should go alil faster in the 1/4.
  7. This is the truth. I was able to tune my progressive to have a 200 shot not spin the tires on the street from a slow roll. Once you figure it out, you will be able to tune the spray for any road condition.
  8. Mike is there much difference in his car and yours. I dont know anything about yours other then what I see on the outside. It seems like once you guys make a clean good "straight" (lol) pass you could be in the 8's or so.
  9. Why do I find this post funny as shit. I didnt do it but still this post is great...
  10. From your post it sounded like you were saying it was a true street car cause of those 2 things that he left on. I was just stating that those 2 things do not make it a "true street car". Thats all. Its a nice car non the less just not a motor choice I would go with.
  11. Actually time starts when you turn off the staging beams. Your reaction time starts when the light goes green but your 1/4 time does not.
  12. That and the LS1 cars have been alot more developed in aftermarket parts. So it is alot easier to get a LS1 into the 11 now then back then.
  13. I still had the brake on, it was just pushing the wheel.
  14. Paul the bike time was a 11.69, not a 16 or whatever you posted in the first post.
  15. Trust me I am not getting rid of any of it for a long time. I am goin to use them as my retirement mod money for when I am 65 and have a 8 sec tt ls1 opel.
  16. The Maroon wonder is the one you should be bringing.
  17. 700$ from NX with scale and pump. That is the one I got.
  18. Roger that Ben but the ladies love seeing my package when I wear them.
  19. Cant help that ford has weak parts. I also said slip the clutch and not dump it. Had you slipped it, failure would of never happened.
  20. Tim, I will pm you once I go through them all and sort them out. I will let you know.
  21. Cam, I am gonna be there tomorrow to spectate. I will help you out if you want.
  22. I need someone to come to my house and appraise these books that were found in the garage. I am talking about 1890's and 1910's. Most are novel like and a few are bibles. Also found some unused post cards from 1910 which I wanna see what they are worth.
