I never had one issue with my spec 5 clutch other then the chatter which I knew was goin to be there. I mean I have heard alot of stories about all other clutches all the time. I think they are all the same, some work good for people and some dont. I dunno, maybe I got one of the good ones.

Eric did you get the IPS timing switch as well? Car is making some great power. I dunno how your car hooks on the street but if it doesnt on spray, talk to brandon in getting a shnitz 2 controller progressive box. It will make a world of difference. Also it would help on your short times at the track.

There is nothing wrong with spec clutches. I had in the vette and would recommend them to anyone.

Tyler I would hope that your car is faster then a 13.5 car. Maybe you need a better driver/ rear tire. I can give lessons if you need.

Well I am goin down to IPS here in a bit to see if they were able to get it painted for me. I am still waiting on my LS1 conversion kit from Hinson motorsports. Once I get that, its all about how fast I drop in the motor. I am really not goin to rush it though, I wanna do everything right this time around and I am still hung up on if I should go auto or 6 speed. But in any event I will try to get it done asap, if it starts up by the beginning of august I will be happy. Gotta remember, they didnt build Rome in one night.

A cam is easy to put in a c5. All you need is a ARP crank bolt. I would definetly do a cam if you plan on doin the heads. You are 1/2 there with the heads off.

It did but all of it is being replaced and paid for by my insurance company. It getting a whole new motor and new impellers for both motor and all new rear assemblies. So it will be like a brand new boat. It is a 16' seadoo speedster with twin 110hp motors = 220 total hp. Seat 5 people, will do close to 60mph gps with a single person in it. Does about 50 with 5 people in it. Let me know what else you wanna know about it.

If you want, I am selling my boat, it is a 16' seadoo speedster, seats 5 people, does 60mphand can pull a skier and tuber and can be towed with a small truck or small suv.

Josh did you go to Kilkare track rental? I wanted to go but had to do the family thing for the holiday. I talked to a guy down there and he said the track wasnt hooking, is that true cause it seems like in your case it was.

Well we all went boating today out at buckeye lake, and I had one of my motors lock up on my boat. It is a rotax 110hp motor. I think the motor either seized or something else bad. It wont start, or even turn over, it just makes a thud sound when trying to start as if it is locked. Anyone have any idea what these motors cost to replace? I know it is a vague question but I thought I would ask..
