Kilkare is a great track. It is in Xenia ohio. For those who trailor their cars figure about 1hr-1hr and 15mins. For those who just drive their cars, figure 45mins - 1 hr. We are goin to cleveland tomorrow, so all will be back for the 27th. So we all should be there.

There is an easy solution to this. Tell the people that you will buy it for whatever they are asking or changing it to. If they say they want 500$ more then be like well ok, then tell them that you will be there tomorrow to pick it up. Call them the next day in the morning and tell them that you need directions. Get the directions and tell them you are an hour away from where they live but will be there. Then call 2 hours later and tell them that you are lost. Call them another hour later and tell them you still cant find it. Then call them 10 mins later and tell them you are on route and will be there in a few mins. Then dont call back and dont answer their calls and leave it at that, while the whole time you never left your house. That way they lost all other people that wanted to buy it and plus they had to sit on it a few more days.

You need to eat for muscle, sounds like your diet isnt what it should be for gaining muscle. You might be losing weight but gaining muscle is different. You could 5000 crunches a day but if you diet isnt right then you are not goin to gain anything..

Remember when working out, you gotta start somewhere. Everyone cant walk into a gym and starting benching 225 right off the go. I wouldnt worry about how much weight you are moving around because when it comes down to it, Heavy is heavy...

Okay, I've been dating this Japanese girl from my university course for some time now. It's more convenient for us to return to her house after a night out because she lives almost in the center of the city itself, her parent's are pretty rich back in Japan. She has an odd practice, after I take a shit she tells me not to flush and she'll do it later. She said there's a special way to flush. The urgency with which she did this lead me to believe that she had some sort of issue with the plumbing or something. But the other day I was alone in her flat, and I went to the freezer for some icecream. I opened up the tub of icecream, and it chock-ablock with baggies of my shit tied at the end. She's been storing my cosby kids like trophies. I asked her about it and she became very ashamed. I said, 'Look, I'm a bit freaked out, but it's okay, just tell me why you're doing it?' She started crying, I couldn't get a reason out of her. She said something about the shit being a part of me, and not wanting to lose it. But she was sobbing pretty bad. I decided to stop asking questions. Anyway, what should I do? I mean, maybe I could accept it, but she has become very reserved around me now, and I haven't taken a shit since.

I dont want to separate right now cause I would have no use for the plow since my new truck has a plow on it now and I dont want to have to take all the wiring for the lights and the plow controller off the truck.
