Its really easy, Just take off the belt on the car, Might have to take out the radiator to get more room to pull it out, I dunno on a fbody but its 6 10mm bolts holding it on plus the hoses. It will only go back on one way just make sure you get the little gaskets on correctly.

Ok thanks Derek, I got a 26" drag radial here and hopefully I will get a day this week to have it mounted and see if it will fit.

Erik, the car is runnin strong for what it is and for being on motor. You gotta remember the bimmer barely weighs anything and on wastegate is prolly making more then you do on motor. But still non the less winning or losing, that was a great time.

I am trying to get alil more gear out of my rear end as its the highest gear for the car that I know of. 2.92 gear is in it now and it tops out at about 145mph so if I could get the 26" tire to fit I might be able to squeeze a few more mph out of it and get it to the 150 mark.

That is a 26.1" tire if I remember correctly.

16" which is the hardest size to find tires for.

The issue I am having is a 26.1" tire wont fit in the rear of the car. Nitto makes a 25.5" nitto that I think will go hence why I asked. If I cant get the 26" to fit then I gotta run a 24" hoosier.

Haha shift light comes on a 5500 but in the video it is reving to 6500.

On the last run the boost was turned up on the gti. The rx7 is on motor only and the bimmer is on wastegate the whole video which is 13psi. High boost on the bimmer is 22psi.
