I've been there for 5 years. I was at Polaris doing Desktop support (that sucked) and now I moved over to 350 Cleveland ave. doing branch support. Much better job. It REALLY depends on where you work and who your boss(es) are. When I was at Polaris is was completely different than what I'm doing now at the Cleveland ave. The people I work with rock and it makes day to day work so much better. Hell, my boss is on here and I had him go up to Norwalk earlier this year when CR rented out the track . They should have told you what the job entailed when HR called you to set up the interview. If not, just ask the people interviewing you what is expected of you in your job.

Cool. yeah. Try and listen to it and find out what's going on. If it sounds like Rocks tumbling at idle, that's the coupler. $35 fix. Do a search on "m90 coupler" or what not on Ebay and you'll find a green one. I bet that's what it is.

I find it hard to believe the ENTIRE blower is shot.. What's wrong with it? I have an extra snout and rotors if it sounds like a soccer ball at idle. it might also be the coupler.

leaky fuel injector? plug/plug wire. Pull the plug and see if it's drenched in fuel. At least it's a front cylinder and not the rear PITA one . Swap the injector with another one and see if the misfire moves to another cylinder.
