After the new carb was installed this was the result. It basically does nothign right except go fast :fa:

It operated normally prior to my new 650 carb. The stock carb didn't have enough up top but did great at cruising. Do you think the idle mixture could assist? Since it's the first 1/8 throttle would that help?

My carb isn't quite right. I had new jets installed and it appears to idle and WOT fine but at highway speeds I am surging and my a/f is jumping 14 to off the charts. Any ideas?

Yep, exactly. Don't get me wrong either - the 220hp that can be made in the Fiat would be a lot of fun. 700 pounds of weight makes a hell of a difference.

The Dart was my top purchase out of a lot of test drives and considerations. They did great with that car. However, it was way, way too slow. Really, 180hp and 3200lb sucks. If they release an srt next year with a 2.4 and a turbo I will be buying. For now, it's meh. I don't want to sink money into the 1.4 platform when it's already proving to be exhausted at 220 with the Fiats.

I test drove the dart 1.4t and loved it. However, it's underpowered.

Just trollin. I am out of time with my rental and don't want to take on debt for something I am not happy with right now. I am having AC put back in mad max and driving that until something I can't pass catches me eyes. Viva la Maxi

Wanted yesterday's (dat blue) but couldn't do it. Headliner was cut into, had a boost leak, no ac, no ps and was looking at a new brake system. It drove well but I don't want something that needs everything I want in my daily redone.
