  6. Cool, well I'll recognize Derek so I'll come say hello Tinman. Keep posting descriptions those of you that are going to make it. Of course they just need a helmet too. What we will be in: http://photos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak-sf2p/v357/22/78/1427694628/n1427694628_30133905_4073.jpg
  7. Yes, I am one of the most notorious e-thugs on the board and I began this entire situation because I hate 5.0's and love to contribute to people thinking they can't make power, especially N/A It gives me a boner to do all of the above. Hi, you're a faggot. Hello, you're still a faggot. One line below, nope, nothing's changed. This all started by my statement of what Sam and his car made. Not this or that car. My understanding was he has gt40(P) heads and a cobra intake, maybe ignition. According to those mods it's not going to break 300, obviously. So sure, I'm a tool.
  8. You play it sleazy and you win it easy
  9. I know what factory stock is and the list of modifications. So look up reading comprehension, outline the two stated mods in my quote, and be amazed at yourselves. Thanks guys get back to me great talk.
  10. I just did a basic calculation to get the point across. Show me a bone stock 302 with just explorer heads and a cobra intake make 300whp. No way.
  11. not usually. If he made 520whp on 15 pounds with gt40's deduct about 250 hp for a strongish running motor and divide that number by pounds of boost. That would be about 18hp per psi. It won't get much higher then that. More importantly is the torque that engine will make. Mine made a shit ton at very low rpm.
  12. Anyone going this time around? I'll be riding shotgun with a buddy taping, again, God bless my car. Anyway we'll be drinking coffee smokin cigs and bullshittin so look for the silver mazda. We're hoping for some great footage.
  13. Dude, come on. Stop caring. Send her a print screen on facebook of every bad mouthed thing in this thread and delete her from your list.
  14. Hello, my name is Krystan, Krystan Hogen... "shhhh" "We can skip the formalities K-Hog."
  15. With a name like that...her last name makes me think of that troll from labrynth.
  16. Not on his turbo and setup. If it's extremely efficient he can expect 20+hp # but most likely 15-20 per pound.
  17. You need my engine. Well your heads on my engine + 1 cylinder ring.
  18. You gotta hear it under load I should be on my feet in the next few weeks to get that thing underway.
  19. Nice work on the tuning Brian and congratulations on the build success Chad. I will be rocking open DP 4 lyfe (I just wish others could have heard it driving =| )
  20. "The Ford C6 transmission was a heavy-duty automatic transmission built by the Ford Motor Company between 1966 and 1996. It featured three forward speeds and reverse, and was built around a Simpson planetary gearset. It was initially built at the Livonia Transmission Plant in Livonia, Michigan, but production was shifted to the Sharonville Transmission Plant near Cincinnati, Ohio during the mid-1980s. It was very similar to the C4 transmission but could handle greater power. It was used primarily in trucks, although it was also used in some larger cars with larger engines (see Ford FE engine and Ford 385 engine). The transmission is very popular in the sport of drag racing today, with units equipped with manual valve bodies and transbrakes, some of which are air shifted."
