Lord, layovers suck ass. Turns a 3.5 hour flight to 7 hours.

Fly southwest.. 199 round trip, and if you wait until the last minute, u can go for around 150 round trip, non-stop flights. BUT, only if they have seats available, which I'm sure leaving sunday, returning Wed. Agreed on the superbowl weekend, PLUS there is a UFC fight next saturday. My wife and I looked into going out for that weekend but every room was double what they usually cost. Just to back up some points from Mr Tilley... drinking is free while you're gambling but sometimes the wait is horrible. Sit at the bar, play some video poker, watch some college basketball and the bartender is ALWAYS there. I think I had 5-6 martini's last year on 20 dollars worth of video poker. Another great club to visit would be Tao. It's in the venetian.. Plus light and tangerine. We stayed at TI last year, decent hotel and good location. They have the train that connected TI, mirage and ceasars. At the other end of the strip, a train connects mandalay bay, luxor, excalibur, and maybe NY,NY. If you go soon, take warm clothes; it gets COLD at night. Went a few years back in feb and while during the day it was 70, it would drop to 40 at night. I'd wait til the weather gets a little warmer so you can party all night, sleep by the pool during the afternoon then start all over.

I have XM in the caddy and hate it. Usually just listen to ESPN radio since the variety of music sucks. Octane is a non-stop blitz/old wazu, and faction will play everything. One minute you'll hear some pantera, next song will be eminem.

Yes, ND sucks. Who has the "great" Brady Quinn ever beat? They beat UM last year, a team that ended up 7-5... They played 3 top 10 teams this year and got STOMPED by all of them.. The last 4 top 10 teams they played (OSU, UM, USC, LSU) gained an average of close to 490 total yards. OSU even had over 600, LSU with close to 580. God they suck, I'm so happy they got the shit kicked out of them again.

I went from 250 down to 180 a few years back, it's not hard. Watch the diet, do interval cardio and compound weight movements. Don't waste your time on the isolation, stick with the "old school" weights (squats, deadlifts, dips, chin ups, clean/jerks). I'm back up to 190 since my diet as consisted of a lot of booze the past month, need to lose about 5 of it. Good luck everyone.
