I need some help finishing up the laminate flooring and baseboards in my condo. Im trying to sell it as quickly as possible so i need to finish it. If anybody knows what they are doing and can help me out over the next week let me know. Also i need help determining what is wrong with my garage door opener not really sure if its broke or whats going on so i need help with that. Well i think im pretty much at the weight i want to be so i guess i want to build muscle now. Im just still flabby in the chest so i didnt know if there was a way to cut fat around there while building muscle.

what do you recommend for someone who has cut about 70 pounds and is looking to turn the remaining body mass into muscle. Definately around the chest area. So i guess something that still cuts weight but builds muscle.
