  3. Selling my BMW 535iS, it is time to move on to my new project. This is Todd's (Owner of TCD) old car that went 12.09 in the 1/4 mile currently has around 219k miles on the odometer uses hardly any oil. The last track day I took it to, out of the 2 days of class it used less than a 1/4 of a quart of oil. However like most older BMW's it does have a very small oil leak when it sits for a while. The car is originally from Texas, and has not seen any Ohio winters. I will also dyno tune the car for whatever boost level desired by the new owner. Currently I am running 10.5 psi and the car feels very good.

    Things wrong with the car

-The Gauge cluster for the boost gauge etc needs to be re done it broke on me. I was going to order a Shawn D one but never got around to it.

-As mentioned earlier dash is cracked but comes with a newer dash with out cracks.. just needs to be installed

-The only spot of rust is on the sunroof, which is why I am including a factory BMW moonroof as a replacement

I would of already have fixed these items but do not have the time to between work and school.

I am sure this more that I am forgetting but feel free to ask any questions. The car runs great I have not had any problems with the car over heating this summer or on the track. I would rather not sell this car but I am working full time and going to school and right now do not need to have 3 cars. The amount of turbo parts and upgraded parts alone is worth close to what I am asking for the car. I can not really say enough about how much fun it is to drive and easy to drive even on the track.

  5. Oh wow!!! I didn't know you gentlemen were still at it! (I don't mean that as an insult...)

I have seen the letters before....

Well, by all means, as you were. Good luck with the build(s).

No insult.. we are starting to develop kits for the newer cars now instead of just the e30's, e28's etc.. also I just dont post much.. just tend to read the posts etc..

  6. Keep giving her the good octane.

    Is that a 60-1 HiFi on a cartech/AA manifold?

It is our own manifold that we have designed. Our kit etc.. Intercoolers are made by Bell Engineering however.. just getting ready to put it into production, want to have kits on the shelf before we release it..

As for the no front bumper that was just to show the size of the intercooler :)

  7. We have about 350 miles on the e36 turbo kit. The car is a 94 325 M-Tecknik car, so basically looks identical to a M3 but has the smaller 2.5 engine instead of the 3.0 or 3.2. We have two trips to the dyno and one to the dragstip. Car is running near perfectly. The 2.5L is untouched. Running just under 11psi on pump gas with 10.5 CR.

When we made the trip to the dragstrip they were only timing the 1/8 mile because the end of the track was wet from flooding. This was his first time to the track with this chassis, engine, turbo, etc. Car is full weight plus stereo. Only item removed was the spare tire.

Bolted on the 8" slicks and made a few runs. First time out he had his personal best 60 foot time and the 2nd time it went even quicker.

This 1/8 mile time equates to a 12.3 @ 114+. My red 535is was a little slower in the 1/8 when it went 12.37 @ 114.87. For details on red car seehttp://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=30353
