I have a iPhone4, and ipad2, can I wifi tether without jailbreak? I read up on mywi, but its for jailbroken phones only.

Drove a 97 4runner tonight. No body rust, no major frame rust, under body pan has the worst of the rust,Clean, but 175k miles, timing belt water pump done. Seems it needs brakes, leather front seats need wrapped and minor cosmetics. Anyone had one or thoughts on things to look for? I know all about the radiator/transmission cooler issues. using it to pull jetskis and letting the wife put the kids in it. Thoughts?

For ceilings - I just saw a friend's basement that they left the joists exposed and painted everything a matte black. I really like it, and leaves piping/wiring accessible.

 

Not sure of anything yet. Would really like to get some companies out here for free estimates. For what it would cost to sell this place and buy exactly what I want, I think I can just invest that money here.

i voted hell no.

i have taken payments before, but was very strict when i set it up. i told the buyer 2 payments, 1 for 50% that day, and one for the remaining 50% within 30 days. If you don't pay the remaining 50% within 30 days guess who keeps your deposit...ME! Also i let them leave with nothing more than a signed agreement to those terms, I kept the title, and the item. It actually worked out, but i would only do it over again if i could get someone to agree to those terms.
