    He is going to have the same or more in an all motor modular motor build that might be around 500. With good parts and the right setup, you could easily daily drive at the 650-700 level. I have a 2v customer in vegas that pretty much drives his everday and currently just shy of 700 wheel.

     

    Im pretty much doing the same build you are talking about but maybe taking it a little further.

     

    If your considering a pushrod setup, thats a different ball game.

    my dad just pulled a old unit out of his house. i have no idea how old it is, but i know it works, and it is rated at 6000 btu. it needs cleaned up really bad, but the price is right.

    your story got my attention...

     

    im sure you have already thought of this...but i have to ask. have you thought about asking for donations on here? i dont have $250 in green to hand you, but i am sure i can throw something your way. can the vet bill you the extra $250? by the time you get the bill i am sure you can find 25 people here to donate $10.

  11. 98 accord egr check engine light code.

    driving around over the weekend in my 98 accord, 165k miles, i noticed the check engine light come on. no issues driving, just the damn light. pulled the codes, came up with egr failure, and catalytic converter error codes. great. ripped the egr valve off, cleaned it up, reset the cel, and drove it for a day. light back on instantly. same codes. you guys thinking i should try and replace the egr valve? or just put black tape over the light? jk
