got a shop in mind that does good work? i dont have all the tooling to do a tranny rebuild, all the further i made it in was doing a shift kit.

came out of an 86 pontiac parisenne. b body, 4000 lb tank.

what are the limits on this trany from the factory? anyone have a link to some spec sheets, or know from experiance what the can take before they snap? running in about a 4200 lb car and does have a shift kit, just seeing what i can run safely before i need to really look at getting a new built up tranny. and i dont want this to become a "the 200 r4 is junk, swap in a 700r4" thread.
