Your thinking is flawed,we have small cars in europe because gas is $7 bucks a gallon every day! its not "we" dont like American cars because of styling or whatever it would just cost too mutch to run them. Oh and the diesel thing,dont knock it , BM and VW have turbodiesels that would be faster than a most of the cars in the same model range,so a little tricky for a manufacturer to place a entry level product in the US.

A mini dv 3 ccd camera like Panasonic would be a good choice the 3 ccd bit is 3 chips managing reds greens and blues instead of just one so the quality is waay better when you play it back on a tv or laptop. Honestly I would look online at say godaddy or something like that, read the reviews and when your ready to buy get them to throw in a spare battery they wheel a deal on the phone, because you will need it if your out all day. Keep out ALL the sugar processed white flour starchy shit from your diet.But you know that. ( hard because sugar,s in everything.) With the running your doing just add 2/3 runs/bike in the morning BEFORE breakfast it burns off the food you ate late. Cant do that? run at night,it will supress your appetite and speed up your metabolism and you will wake up hungry so you eat all your calories earlier and more often. I,m guessing your food intake is where your missing it a bit? or possibly sleep?which equates to 50% of what your trying to acheive. For progress weigh yourself in the morning this will spur you on and keep you focused and if your really hardcore run with a bag wrapped around your torso or a rain or waterproof jacket,good luck!
