  1. FTW Keep up the trekkin, I'll call ya when I can afford Aconcagua.
  2. very cool. Looks like a good "Join the RAAF" promotion.
  3. "Those are South Korean Jack, those are our Koreans."
  4. Our surveilence efforts so far have yet to produce evidence of radiation in the test area. This means: A: it was 200 tons of TNT, they want us to think they hava a nuke. B: The H bomb was less then 1/4 kiloton, they can't produce enough fissionable material to make a decent weapon. North Korea is a joke.
  5. Never been, may be there for a few days next week. Where's the Book Repository?
  6. Trade ya the Cougar straight up. I'd like to rally this car.
  7. That sounds like a Cheech and Chong war movie. If you put this shit int he paper, you'd get more enlistees.
  8. He's not. He gets "3 hots and a cot" for 3 years. When you're destitute, this is a sound option. It's certainly no worse then living on the street for a 60+ year old man. At least he wont freeze to death, and has plenty of time to read.
  9. I'd be all over that if it weren't the daily driver. Can't go without wheels for a whole weekend. :-/ (but the cougar, on the other hand...) Derek, I'll ring ya tomarrow.
  10. Ouch dave, ouch. Actualy you can get Pole positions for about $25/tire less then that on Tire Rack right now. I want grip and I want it cheap. A soft simple compound is all I need. You should also know that the cost of a tire means jack shit about performance. I ordered a set of 711s from Discount. Showed up to put them on and they didn't have them in yet. They offered me a much more expensive pair at the 711 price, I took them. They suck rediculous ass. I shopped, I know what I want. I'm on a budget.
  11. Hitlers dad probably had more in common with W the Adolf. Hitlers dad is W without money.
  12. I'd rally that. Take a track car as trade?
  13. Were taking our 1 year old out there next weekend, seeing everything. You'll never walk more then 1/2 mile, don't be such pussies. Unless you go see the Rock Bridge, which I recomend, thats a 2 mile round trip. [no 56k] http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/5915/pano4cf.jpg [/no 56k]
  14. Tried getting ahold of Turborust Derek a week ago, no responce and I need this done. 2 tires mounted and balanced, possibly 2 tires bought, Kumho Ecsta 711s, also mount/balance. Wheels on car Need it done by next weekend. may also need: 4 tires, 245/45/17 Kumho ECSTA 711. Must beat $81/tire cost. mount/balance Wheels off car Anyone? The one in bold is a need, the others are wants.
  15. lotsa tread? Elena may make use of those.
  16. pics? I cant find anything on these tires.
  17. edit, tire size is 245/45/17. Scott, aspect ratio, brand, etc?
  18. need one 245/45/17, or a pair of that size or close to it. Summer wet/dry, usable tread, agressive is good.
  19. Wayne national forest. I've been hiking down there twice, and twice I've caught fence lizards....and one salamnder....and a water snake. And agreed, Mantids FTW.
  20. wow, people sure can dig up some mean dirt on those Dems, wow. This is almost as damning as the accusation that Murtha was corrupts because a federal agent in the 70s approached him with a propsed bribe (sting) that Murtha turned down. He said that Murtha seemed like he might have wanted to take it.....OMG TEH CORRUPTION RUNZ D33P!
  21. Back in the day, a common childhood test of bravery was picking up a Praying Mantis'. Thanks for the info, Christian. Especialy this part: Glad I used the cups. What does entimology have in common with gynicology?
  22. Not a petry dish, its in a pair of cups fromt he water cooler. The blueprints...thats proprietary. Not an Elephant beetle, I'd recognise that beast. Anyone know any entimologists?
