  1. For daily maintenance stuff the money mailer thing is the best in my mind, i always go through those and see if there is anything decent in there. For performance stuff i'd focus on google, facebook and other online things. For the younger crowd, you could look into getting a snapchat filter for your business. Take a pic, and put yourself in a fancy supped up hotrod, something like that. I also totally agree, since you are not hurting now, just keep doing good quality work and people will keep referring you.
  2. I know its a long shot, but looking to see if anyone has a Jeep rear axle that is a AMC 20, needs to be 3:73 gear ratio. Or for the right deal i could buy both front and rear if the ratio is different. Front axle is Dana 30.
  3. what are you asking for yours? My Mother would love to have one of these im sure.
  4. do you think these would fit in a Honda Fit? if so i will come meet ya sometime and pick them up
  5. Chevy 1500 silverado, i got one and it tows things great! also look for suburbans, they are stupid cheap, also expeditions tow really well too.
  6. Still waiting on this too, my nephew might be able to read by the time its released.
  7. If this were actually true then you wouldn't be talking about a divorce. Suck it up for your girls and deal with the crazy that is their mother.
  8. I got this tank for free on the side of the street and was going to use it in my boat. However, it was too big for the space i had, so i will pass this along to anyone that needs a gas tank for anything really. Its about 20 gallons and has fill, vent and feed hookups. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=675&pictureid=8836 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=675&pictureid=8835 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=675&pictureid=8834
  9. That was my same thought. My Nephew would love this!
  10. Anyone know any structural engineers? my buddy is looking to remove a partial wall and wants to make sure its not load bearing before he removes it.
  11. My first thought when reading this as well. Polaris is 10 miles almost exactly from 36/37. Anyone working around Polaris those first weeks is fucked on the weekends, i don't see a weekday daily commute being any worse than normal though
  12. they provide you with a bike to take the course on. I highly recommend the course
  13. Come buy this boat!!! I bought this back in 2004 from a guy i worked with at the time. Needed a new motor, and come to find out it needed new floors too. Replaced all the floor from the back half. Put in a new crate motor from Advance Auto. Few years after that i had all the throttle and steering cables replaced and the outdrive rebuilt by a guy from Delaware that did an amazing job. Basically i have like 5k invested in this boat and I am just done with it. It has a new'ish motor, almost new outdrive and runs great. The interior needs some work but that is why its so cheap. See the CL ad for more details and pics. http://columbus.craigslist.org/boa/6088487740.html
  14. Based on this logic you should be driving a Nissan Versa, because you fit, its comfortable, and you can afford it. Who cares about what things look like right?
  15. How do i go about bidding on a car that you have? do i have to have any special documents or do i just show up and get a number and start bidding? curious about this process since i thought these auctions were dealer only.
  16. Im sure they are getting some energy credit rebates and such on all this, so the initial cost was 46-50k, not sure what the final cost is after its all said and done.
  17. It was between $46k - $50k installed and setup. Should pay for itself in 8 years, that is what they were told.
  18. My parents just had 70 panels installed on their new roof. they are producing about 68kw a day i guess. Here are some pics of the panels, install and the inverters. the app that the company has is pretty awesome to login and see what each panel is currently producing. Also they didn't go the battery route, since their power company allows them to feed back into the grid they get credits for generation and all that jazz. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=7&pictureid=8814 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=7&pictureid=8813 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=7&pictureid=8810
