I put up an ad on craigslist over the weekend for my daily driver. It has 170K on it, runs good, shifts good. Body is in good shape, interior needs a good detail. I would like to sell to someone who likes these SUVs not just send to the dealer. It has a few upgrades like long tube headers with y-pipe and magnaflow cat back (no it will not pass echeck and yes the CEL is on). Pretty much all of the front suspension is new with belltech struts new wheel bearing etc. New front tires as well. I run amsoil in both engine and tranny. It has two issues that I know of. The starter will hang up when it sits for more than a day and you just flip it off and back on, then it starts right up. There is also a squeak in the rear. I checked the differential last month and changed fluid. I replaced u-joints and brakes, but the diff seal is leaking a bit so I think this is where the noise is. I put it at 9000 on there but no haggle $7900 cash takes it. I will send pics and vids of it to anyone interested just PM me.

Offer came in over the weekend. I took many suggestions from many people and hopefully some of them helped. I agree real estate agent should have said what to do and should probably not have taken or retaken pictures after we made changes. If if were not for the fact that I did not want to pay two mortgages I also agree it could have stayed on the market longer, we are in a bit of a time crunch though.

Open house, zero visitors. Priced right is what we have been told, rooms are just too small for 6 kids, layout isn't to their liking, nice house, nice location, great backyard, so basically any negative feedback I cannot change. It is not good to hear that Somalians are causing the property values to go down, the two families that are a few blocks away are keeping their houses up and one even put in new windows. We are rather frustrated with the real estate agent. I called home stagers and made some of the easier changes they suggested already. Sold our larger dining room table so it would open up the kitchen and such. Relocation company is taking a huge chunk of our realtor's commission though, so that may part of the problem. I have suggested everything so far and I am getting tired of it.

I have a motive bleeder, it needs a new hose, but I don't mind you trying it out. Cumbersome and I would second the pneumatic bleeder. Sounds like a blocked line between the master cylinder and the caliper to me.

HVAC guys I need some help on an AC install. The 25yr old Lennox unit had a good run but the compressor gave out. I'll have the replacement condenser and coil ready to install on Sunday, but need to vacuum and charge the system. I've done this on car systems before but figured it best if a certified tech handled this. If anybody is interested PM me a price.
