  10. My 17yr old son is getting into cars and is interested in working at a dealership. Preferably near sawmill rd. Email me at justmkeys@yahoo.com if you have any leads. Thanks!!
  11. Nice video JP I have always really enjoyed your car builds and your build philosophy.
  12. Jp and Clay, I agree with you both.. corvettes are amazing especially once the deprecation has set in and you can own an incredible car for a great price. It will be interesting when they release the mid- engine vette to see what it will come with. As it is hard for the ZR1 to compete with the exclusivity and sheer attention grabbing of these other exotic and "hyper" cars.
  13. Doc and Audion19s are right on! Cruises are great for families with really young kids. All inclusives are the way to go for everything else. (for all the reasons mentioned here) I have also noticed cruise prices have been going up and some resorts have been either declining in price or staying on the lower side. Riviera maya or Punta Cana for all inclusives Have fun
  14. Cordell, nice choice on car and mods!! I have a 01 C5 vert with very similar setup. It is by far my favorite car i have owned and always puts a smile on my face.
  15. Tulum and akumal are my favorite places to visit, we use airbnb. playa has nice resorts. i swam with the whale sharks and it was epic!!! lots of good information already posted, but if you want more ideas pm me.
  16. there can be many areas of concern in older homes, floor or ceiling joist can be bad or they may have cut into them, also just the foundation of old homes can be in poor condition, as well as walls that are out of square and a whole host of other concerns, feel free to pm me if you want a deeper conversation on it. I am a real estate agent and have been in real estate for a while.
  17. x5 have terrible maintenance touaregs are not much better xterras have depreciated quite a bit and could be purchased at a good price or you could by a RX330 and get reliability and a good SUV
  18. i have owned 3 FD's including RHD models and they are still one of the best looking cars ever produced and are a blast to drive. I would love to own a LSX FD. as far as 30K goes, FD's seem to have peaked on value (along with other 90's Japanese cars) he may have a hard time getting that much, as Steve-O stated there are many show cars and highly modified cars that dont sell for that much. It wish him the best of luck and share an affinity for them.
  19. C5 corvettes with high miles and manual transmissions can be had for about 10K otherwise i would buy an F body for 5K and turbo or supercharge it.
