I am the landlord,but there will be a one year lease. If interesed, the 400 will cover the water bill for most months(certain amount of water usage covered). There isn't any garage in this complex and it is a very low crime area. You can even contact the police to see its a safe area. There is a pool right out the door along with laundry and a club house.

It is a one bedroom, one bath condo. It is a single floor layout that will be available July 1. There is a pool and a laundry room if desired. The place is located right off Morse rd. between Westerville and Sunbury. The complex is called Chateau Morse. If interesed PM me or just leave a message. Thanks

This is a complete rear end pulled out of a 2000 mustang GT. I have control arms that will work on cars ranging from 1987-2003 for sure. along with 373 gears, posi, axles, oils, diff cover, cobra caliper mounting brackets, spherical aluminum bushings, hardware,...everything to install or convert your Irs COBRRA to a straight axle.
